Tim and Ken are top notch. Excellent service. Excellent price. Honest and ethical. They are busy, likely because of their service and price, and I had to wait a week to install new water tank if I wanted them to do it. Ken took my initial call, set up an appointment with my tenant to take a look at the leaky kitchen faucet, diagnosed the problem right away and called me with his recommendation. He then went out and purchased me a quality matching replacement faucet, and then set up another appointment with my tenant to get back into the condo to put the new faucet on.
