My shower was leaking into the basement and my husband was out of town. I called A Plumbing and they sent Cary out to help the same day. I was worried about handling this on my own but Cary was super nice and helpful. We need to replace the shower valve but that was a decision I wasn't ready to make without my husband so Cary caulked the entire area to bide us time until we can get the valve replaced. Thanks, Cary!!

I had a new main water line to my house installed, it has been leaking since day one. My neighbor is actually the owner of this company and came over when he saw the water leak. His price was higher than the other bids, but he agreed to come down to get the work. BIG MISTAKE. I had them come out on another occasion, and they tried to fix this problem once, but it is still leaking! I had them come back out today to look at the problem yet again and they want to charge me almost $200 for the repair. There is no way I am paying more money to fix something you install improperly! Do not hire them, they will do bad work and then charge you more money to do a repair!

I could not be more mad right now. I was told the plumber was going to come after 11:30am and they would call before they came. At 1pm, with no phone yet and after I came home from work early and canceled plans, I called and was told that I was 2 down on the list. At 4:15pm the plumber called and left a voicemail and never showed up to my house. It is now 7pm and I still have a broken toilet and a completely wasted work day.
