I've used A Plumbing Hero twice now, once in an emergency and once for an installation, excellent work, excellent price, excellent people.

Almost restores my faith in customer service, lol. Well, for this company, they exceed it.

Holy moly are these guys super stars! I called A Plumbing Hero after another local company came to my property and told me they couldn't ""do the job"". The faucet head had fallen off in the tub and needed to be replaced along with a new plate. I called and A Plumbing Hero had someone at our town home 30 minutes later to fix the faucet and get the tub and shower up and running again. Benito, our service technician was truly awesome; friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling A Plumbing Hero from here on out!

I had a nasty clogged drain plug in my shower, I gave a plumbing hero a call and scheduled an appointment right away. Bonito, the plumber who came out, took off his shoes and entered my house, he was very respectful. He gave me an estimated quote and was able to deliver within 30 minutes. Very professional, and fast. I would highly recommend A Plumbing Hero to friends.

Had a leak from the toilet to the lower unit kitchen on Sunday. Saw Plumbing Hero on yelp and decided to try them out based on their review. I tried calling a couple plumbers around 2 pm and all I got was their voicemail But Plumbing Hero actually answered and told me they can be there between 4-6 on a Sunday.
They were on time and they called me to informed me the technician is on his way. Victor showed up and was very professional, he took off his shoes when he saw me took of mine. He explained to me what is causing the leak and what needed to be done to fix it probably.

Victor gave me a quote and to come back on Monday to finish the job with the part. They communicate through out the work, they called me on Monday after letting me know Victor got stuck on the other job and setup an appointment with me to complete the job on Wednesday.

Wednesday, they gave me a call to let me know Victor is on his way and again Victor showed up on time and did a wonderful job.

I would strongly recommend A Plumbing Hero for your plumbing need.

Thanks to Victor of Plumbing Hero. I had emergency regarding my shower. The shower knob was stripped, and couldn't stop the water. Plus I had an early appt to be somewhere. Called up Plumbing Hero, and they responded asap in 30 minutes.

Plumbing Hero? Yeah, right. I called on Easter Sunday because my kitchen sink was backed up, and they said that their only open time window was late in the evening. I accepted the time and was called back hours later saying that the plumber was busy and they couldn't come.

I was frustrated, with a backed up sink on Easter, but I agreed to have them come back today, Monday, in the morning so that I could get this taken care of before I went to work.

The end of the appointment window came today and I called to inquire where the plumber was. The rude woman who answered the phone informed me that he was running behind. When I told her that I was disappointed because I have been waiting all morning for the plumber, and really I was waiting a good part of Sunday as well, she had the audacity to say, ""WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO, I CAN'T GO TO HIM AND MAKE HIM WORK FASTER! Get another plumber if you want."" I was so shocked at how rude this woman was to me, and how flippant she was to a customer.

This Yelp review has nothing to do with their plumbing services, as I still haven't seen a plumber, but their customer service is deplorable. The wait is supposed to be an additional 30 minutes which is faster than I can get another plumber to my home. Hopefully the plumber actually shows up in that time frame.

I feel like I am being strung along. I feel like they don't value my time. I feel like they don't value my business. I don't understand how the person who handles the phones, the person who is the first contact with your customers, can have such poor people skills.

Hire a receptionist with better customer service, or at least one with manners!

Victor finally arrived two hours (and five phone calls to the rude receptionist) later. He was lovely, professional, and efficient. He even apologized for being late. Drain works well and he offered a 30 day warranty. Happy with the plumber, unhappy with the phones/dispatch woman.

The plumber who agreed to come to my house never showed up so I called around and after receiving appointments for times in the future found this company who gave me a time window about two hours later of 6 - 8 PM. They showed up a few minutes ahead of time and quickly got my drains unplugged. It cost $165 because I have a trap. They were in and out and very polite. (I'll have to admit though that the first guy came back into the bedroom when there really was no need to, but oh well.)

I was very hopeful when I had a plumbing emergency and called them at 9 in the evening to see if someone was available to help us. Unfortunately there wasn't anyone available but they suggested that we schedule an appointment for them to come by between 10am and noon the following day. After waiting through the allotted time I call to make sure someone is on the way. They had no idea of us needing service at all. Needless to say we went with another company. My experience, a waste of time.
