A Plumbing and Heating was assigned to us thru our home warranty company for a pipe leak in the basement, and although I can't speak to their pluming work....yet, I will say they left my basement a complete mess. So far, the pipe leak they fixed in the basement ceiling is holding up but I am embarrassed for them on how they left their workspace. I cannot believe they thought it was ok to leave someone's home this way. They didn't wear shoe covers, got dry wall foot prints all over my expensive gym flooring. They didn't bring their own tarps or shop-vac. They used the tarp we had down to protect our stuff from the water leak we had going on, then used our residential vacuum to try to vacuum up stuff. Not sure what because there was still crap all over the carpet, couch and gym flooring. They got drywall in places that made no sense including my son's toy box. Showed NO respect for my home. They cut the drywall like a 5 year old and left all their trash behind. I was extremely upset when I saw what they had left. Jerry did call me after the fact because I texted him asking basically WTF. He said his son told him to leave it, that they aren't Molly Maids. He apologized but shouldn't have had to in the first place. It took me over an hour to clean up their mess. Take some pride in your work ethic and business, that's all I am saying.

We had A Plumbing and Heating come to our home as a service from American Home Warranty, and they did nothing to help us, as a matter a fact, they told American Home Warranty that there was nothing wrong with our plumbing, because he was either too lazy, or just di not want to do the job. So American Home Warranty will not honor the claim cause of you and your comments to them,

So now I have to pay for it to be done out of my own pocket, Thanks I really enjoy doing that!

Professional, reliable service. I had a toilet replaced through my home warranty and they did a great job and were nice to work with. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and it was easy to get things scheduled.

I am not one to write bad reviews, in fact, this is the first one I've ever written because I believe in conflict resolution and talking things out, but this company it absolutely worthless. They incorrectly installed a brand new toilet in my home. Even though everything I had them do was under warranty, I have been calling them for two months to come and fix the toilet per the warranty we are both under, and they have not returned a single call or voicemail. Two months. Our wood flooring in the bathroom is completely destroyed now and I've had to shut off the water, and am now going to another plumber to fix the situation. All in all, I'm now paying double the amount for something to be fixed + damages to the floor. Choose anyone else but this company.

They inspected my broken heater on Monday, and wanted to replace it a week from then.

They blamed their slow service on my Insurance Company. Having no water heater for 6 days feels great.

This company is run out of someone's home. They show up to your house in a sedan with no tools and no credentials. They were assigned through my home warranty service and they are trying to charge $450 for a toilet replacement. They also want an additional $50 per faucet to replace the current ones. The issue I filed with the warranty company was for poor hot water pressure that did not present during the inspection. Not sure how new bathroom sink faucets are going to fix the hot water pressure in the shower and kitchen. I guess there is a reason they have the reviews they have. I tried to explain to the warranty company that they were getting scammed. They didn't seem to care. I requested a different technician, but they only have the one guy and his son (?). Pretty creepy to have in my home. They have been out twice and have done nothing. Going on 1.5 months with broken toilets and terrible water pressure. I am giving one star as you can't give no stars. I would encourage anyone to stay away from this company.

They came to attempt to repair a leaking water pipe in the ceiling. Told me they couldn't do the work because heating ducts were in the way. LiES! Easy access they the wall in the next room. I fixed the leak myself in 10 minutes with 0 experience. What kind of a plumber refuses to cut drywall??? They are scamming Fidelity National Home warranty. Now I owe $75 for work that wasn't even done. They didn't even try at all. Both guys weighed about 500 pounds also. Very very lazy.

Unreliable. I wouldn't even give them one star, but that's not an option.

They came out two months ago and could not do the two requested repairs that day. We have a leaky Delta shower, which the plumber said he could fix but didn't have the parts with him to do the repair. We also have a Kraus glass vessel sink of which the faucet handle broke. The plumber said he wasn't sure he could get the parts to fix it, but would let us know. I can find the faucet at Lowe's & Home Depot.

Well, No one calls us back to let us know what the status is to have our repairs completed. The unfortunate part is that this company was assigned to us through our home warranty company and they cannot help us, unless the plumbing company backs out. We have talked with them several times.

We are stuck with a broken sink and a completely unreliable plumbing company. They won't even return a phone call.
