He promptly answered my call. He showed up when he said he would, unlike other plumbers in the Astoria, Seaside areas.
He was honest, nice and professional!
He diagnosed our problem like he was a psychic because it was behind the wall with no outward signs of where it was.
The first plumber I had told me he would have to go through the bathroom wall of my beautiful, historic multi-level home at the cost of $165 an hour which he said would take a whole day. That's not including putting it all back together by a contractor, which would be very expensive!
Owen guessed rightly where he thought the leak would be and said not to go through the bathroom wall instead get to it from the outside. We only needed to remove a few shingles that were only about a foot long. We flushed the upstairs bathroom and there it was just where Owen thought it would be!!! Don't forget this was a leak between 2 floors and he guessed it right! It was fixed very cheaply. It took just a few minutes to fix including putting the shingles back on.
He's amazing plumber!!!
I hope he stays in business as any plumbing problems I have; I know who to call. The other plumbers I called were a nightmare including one who never showed up and never called!

Got my new water heater today! The guys were super nice and did an excellent job. They answered all my questions and explained how the thing works, how to shut off the water in case of emergency and they were just overall friendly and knowledgeable. In just a few hours they carted off the old one and I was good to go! Highly recommend!

Two words: Owen rocks. We can't say enough about how nice it was to work with such a great guy who, unlike those before him, was professional, honest, responsive, courteous, fast, and as importantly, did GREAT work. After multiple experiences with flaky, unethical, and some downright nasty behaving plumbers in the area, we got a tip that this was the guy to talk to and boy were they right! Not only does he know his stuff but he tells it like it is, makes great suggestions on what to do and what to avoid, and works hard to make sure you understand his recommendations. Unlike a lot of contractors, he also doesn't talk down to you - male or female - and was great at helping us locate a last minute person in to quickly patch our roof after he installed a new vent for our composting toilet. We are thrilled to finally have our master bathroom build done thanks to the help of Owen & co (and Tanguay Construction on the tiling), and only wish we'd known about him earlier. We will absolutely be using his expertise when we remodel our main floor bathroom in 2020. Thanks Owen - you rock!
