Matt (owner) installed a boiler on December12, 2024. His control board is faulty, and he has not come back to replace it. He refuses to stay in contact with us, states that he will come to replace it but never shows. He was paid cash in full and basically refuses to complete the job we paid for.

He never pulled a permit, and it was never inspected after install.
Terrible company, his license should be pulled so he can no longer rip people off.

My husband and I are seniors, and he took advantage of us.

As of today, 03/19/2025, we still don't have a working boiler.

We have had several plumbing companies out over several months to address the problem we had with a sink that would not drain. Matt figured out the problem and fixed it to our satisfaction with a minimum of expense. He explained the process to us in a manner we could understand. He gave us great value and a guarantee.

I would not call anyone except Matt and his company. You should too.

Matt does great work and has a big heart. I would definitely recommend calling him. Will definitely having him do another work I have need up.
