Jeff from Plumb Crazy came out and unclogged our tub drain when 2 other plumbers said we needed to rip the floor up to get to the pipes. He also helped my Mom with her water heater when others didn't want to even look at it because she's in a trailer. So greatful for the help! I will definitely call Plumb Crazy for my plumbing needs in the future

called for an appointment to get my hot water heater fixed. even had the part myself that needed to be replaced. person I spoke with stated they would be there between 7-9 am. after 9 I contacted again and they said between 9-11. it is now 1:30 and the technician is not responding to texts and calls. I find this very unprofessional when you are running a business and have people make appointments for your help. way to waste people's time.

Jeff fixed our plumbing problem with superior skill and technical knowledge. I thought I'd need the sewer rodded, and he told me that wasn't the problem. He did the repairs--efficiently! As other reviews state, Jeff is clearly an honest businessman, friendly, gets along well with dogs. Jeff is absolutely the best. I'm a widowed homeowner and could have been ""taken to the cleaners"" financially. His price was extremely reasonable. I will always call A PLUMB CRAZY PLUMBING for all related needs in future. Jeff is an experienced, knowledgeable plumber who is very honest. He tells it like it is...listen to him, because he is very knowledgeable.. He put a water line in for the new refrigerator we just bought. He did a fantastic job. He also took out unused water pipes that weren't healthy for us. We will definitely call him again.

have personally hired Plumb Crazy for years as a landlord. It is always unpredictable when a sewer line will be backed up or a hot water heater leaks. Tonight, once again, fate had a shower valve cartridge stuck and yet asap at night, Jeff came out and saved the day. Truly inspiring is the level of experience and knowledge.
