My disposal was installed improperly and caused a huge flood in my kitchen. The inspector never caught that during the pre- move inspection but the plumber knew right away and rerouted all plumbing.
This company has been to my house several times for other issues. I love them!! The are responsive and extremely reasonable. The are my go to plumber always. I am about to call them now for a new issues

I had to have my faucet repaired, and Dave was a life saver. He came out on New Years Day to install the new parts sent from the company. However, we sadly realized they didn't send all needed parts! He ran around trying to find a replacement, but on a holiday we came up short. The company was able to overnight me an entire new faucet, and the day after it arrived he came back first thing in the morning to finish up the job. Even though he had to come out twice, he didn't gouge me on the price. He was so easy to communicate with and did a great job. I find it so difficult to find help for home repairs, but at least now I have a go to plumber! I really can't say enough great things about Dave. Thanks again!!

I can't say enough good things about Dave, the owner of A Pittsburgh Plumber. He's a solid craftsman, and a friendly guy who obviously loves his work, He did some work for us today (replacing/repairing both gas and water pipes, valves, and faucets) and I couldn't be happier with the quality of his work, or his prices. I don't plan on calling another plumber in Pittsburgh in the future.

Never showed up to assess gas pipes and never called to at least reschedule. Of course I called them 3 hours after they said they were suppose to be at my house and no answer....and no call back after I left a message. Don't use them, there are a thousand other plumbers that will at least call you back.

My toilet had been broken for months. I had snaked it, draino-o'd it, plunged it and nothing worked. Like a prayer had been answered, Dave came. He called about an hour before he came, to confirm the address and all of the important information, which is very much appreciated. He arrived right on time and was incredibly polite.
He identified all of the issues almost immediately. Dave was kind enough to show me exactly what the issues were with the tank and also how to fix it should it happen again (considering it was just a minor adjustment with the angling of the hose). In this economy, I truly appreciate being shown exactly what to do in case this happens again.
In addition to the issues with the back of the tank, the toilet itself wasn't mounted or set properly, so he fixed all of that as well (which was amazing). The main issue was that the toilet wouldn't flush, so he helped me tremendously by identifying other issues. He snaked the drain and realized the issue had been ""flushable wipes"". He was so courteous and so polite, I couldn't have asked for a better way to approach the situation. As a woman, I know that it's not exactly the most comfortable experience watching a guy pull stuff out of your toilet drain (yuck!), but Dave was so kind and understanding and it ended up being the BEST experience with a plumber I've ever had. He was even kind when my pets started sniffing around wondering what he was doing.

In conclusion, I am 110% satisfied with my experience.
