Paul replaced a water heater for us and fixed a problem with one of our cross-over valves. Then, at our request, he did a major plumbing job to run a third line to allow the water heater to recycle water efficiently to maintain fast hot water without using the cross-over valves. Now, the hot water is available quickly at all faucets, and the cold water is always cold. And the price was quite reasonable.

Agree with Julie T. that Paul's attitude is ""nothing is for free"" and he will nickel and dime you thru all of his service charges just to return to check on an installation concern that he has done. There are plenty of good plumbers out there that stand behind their work without multiple service charges.

Poor customer loyalty and service. I paid almost $250 for Paul to come do a tankless hot water heater regular service/cleaning + adjustment of water temp/sensors. He was at my home about 45-60 minutes. He mentioned at that time that if I ordered a filter cartridge replacement, he would come back by if needed to replace the filter cartridge. I ordered the cartridge and then they wanted to charge me $175 to come back to simply replace this filter cartridge. It would probably take him less than 15 minutes to change this filter out. Won't use them again.

In response to reply below: I wasn't asking for anything for free. I paid a healthy amount for the original 45 min service call, which I was told would have included the cartridge change but Paul didn't have a cartridge on his truck so I had to order one, and it took a month for the shipment to arrive. Then you want to charge me $175 for him to come back to slip the new cartridge in?
Poor customer service! Bottom line.

We came home from a trip to find our garage full of water from a failed water heater. Paul was able to come right out to stop the flooding. He assessed the issue, ordered a new water heater and put a temporary solution in place while the damage in the garage was fixed. A Perfect Plumbing Solution made an unwelcome surprise easy to deal with.
