This was one of the worst experiences ever. I hired A Perfect Plumber to do a complete bathroom remodel, what I got was about half a remodel and a lot of headache. They said they would be here on certain days to work and never show up or call at the last minute and say they were not coming. I ended up having to hire another contractor to finish because I could not get them to give me a time when they would be back to finish the job. It has been less than 3 months now and the tile shower they installed has started to leak and I have had to hire someone else to fix that. The entire tile job was so bad, tiles not matching, the wrong products used to install the tiles. Now I am looking at a whole new job to replace everything they messed up. The shower has to be completely removed to fix the mess they made. Tile floor is starting to crack and tiles are uneven. I have tried to reach out to them because they said they guarantee their work and I have heard nothing back. I truly feel I deserve the money back for the shoddy work on my shower and floor. Think twice before calling these guys. If you do call you probably wont here back from them anyway.

I hired Spencer to come out to my house to replace some leaking pipes. He returned my call and came out to inspect my problem within the hour and did the work the next morning. Did fantastic work, his price was beyond reasonable and he cleaned up after himself. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat.

He came the next day and replaced my toilet, ran gas lines for a stove and a dryer, installed a new sink and faucet in my kitchen, and will be doing more work when we are ready to redo the master bath. We have a home warranty through Landmark. My husband called them because we had a leak from our toilet and a broken valve. They said it was covered and called A Perfect Plumber who was nearby to us. When Spencer got here he fixed the leak in just a few minutes and confirmed that we needed a new stop valve. While he was calling Landmark to confirm coverage, he asked if we had any other plumbing problems. Which we did - a leak from the water connection to our fridge. We just turned off the water and never used the ice maker. He was going to get that fixed for us too. Turns out, our home warranty wouldn't cover any of it because we had the ""standard"" coverage, not ""premier"". We are a family of 7 with five small children, I was very worried about how we were going to pay for it. But Spencer without hesitation gave my husband a new valve and told him how to replace it, and fixed the leak behind our fridge. We paid for the service call and he left his business card with us. I will call him for any plumbing issues we have in the future, he is a good man! Highly recommend A Perfect Plumber!
