The owner, Chris and his team were amazing. I had a really tough plumbing mystery and they were determined to solve the issue. We had cold water bleeding through our pipes and ""hot water"" was only ""luke warm"". A Perfect Plumber inspected the tankless heater and all faucets/appliances and found that there were a couple unusual adjustments needed to the water heater that the installers never made. A Perfect Plumber did their research and solved the mystery! Now we have hot water again. Thank you A Perfect Plumber. Courteous and professional staff. On time, honest and got the job done!!

David came out the same day I called to replace a broken tank from our toilet. He was an excellent worker and fast, too! In half an hour he had it done. We are so thankful to A Perfect Plumber for taking care if our plumbing problem so quickly. We will definitely use their services again, and highly recommend them to everyone we know!!

The actual plumber who came to my house was good. He was nice and explained things to me. But once that is over and you are dealing with the ""office people"" get ready for some serious passive aggressiveness and unprofessionalism.
I was told that I would be emailed my bill after service and so I waited. I received an email and it said ""past due"" on it. After two minutes of receiving email I wrote them back saying ""hey this is my first email and I don't want you to think I am dodging you and I would like to pay but there isnt a link for me to do that sow what can I do"". The professional response by them should have been ""thanks for reaching out to us and here is the best way to pay""...but no... expect a crappy passive aggressive email from Jyme saying you got one and opened it (which is funny cause that day I had serious stomach bug and didnt do anything except hug sleep by my toilet). That response was unnecessary and unprofessional, especially since within two minutes of the one email I was apologizing for not having seen one yet and asking how to pay ASAP, and I will discourage people from using this company.

I have a 1940 house with some original fixtures and challenging plumbing. I trust Dave and Chris at A Perfect Plumber implicitly. The billing is fair and honest and the work is top-notch, above and beyond. I won't call another company.

When you have an issue, that is when you find out how good a company is at service. We came back from vacation to find a mysterious water leak. They had a plumber available. Aaron came out and spent time walking around looking for the leak. He didn't seem comfortable cutting into the walls to locate the leak. He said we needed to call a leak detection company to find the leak and then he could come back the next day to repair (Fri.). He said he had a 9:00 appt and then would be open all day to come back. The leak detection co . couldn't come out until Mon. and we had the water main shut off. So we called A Perfect Plumber back on Fri. to say just send him out, he needs to cut walls because we couldn't go all weekend without water. Erin, who answered the phone said Aaron was ""booked all day"" and she was rude. They left us hanging and I had to start all over again. They seemed to be over their heads with our job. I cannot recommend them.

I cannot say enough good about Chris and Steve at A Perfect Plumber! They are responsive, honest, professional and do top notch work. (Even the city inspector told us how good these guys are.) We are working through a basement remodel and they have gone above and beyond at every stage of the project. I would never even think of using anyone else for plumbing needs.

I was refinishing my basement and these guys came highly recommend. I called for an estimate and they came the next day. They showed up on time and gave me a competitive quote. I then spent the next two weeks trying to get some other plumbing quotes. Needless to say it was a nightmare. Called perfect plumber back up and had the job scheduled for the next week. They showed up ON TIME and finished the whole job in one day.
