We have had Dale out twice for the yearly service maintenance of our tankless boiler/water heater combo and we wouldn't trust anyone else. He arrived on time, summarized the work he was expecting to do, how long it would take, brought extra parts in case and all the necessary tools, including a shopvac to clean up any mess. The extra part was not needed nor was the full-service flush. He explained when we would know that is needed (it will flash ""SERV"" once we reach the 4,000 hour mark) and how much time we have after that code appears.

Dale had a death in the family over the weekend but still arrived on time for the service when I would have expected him to reschedule (understandably, under the circumstances). To me, that says A LOT about his work ethic and character. Our new rescue dog that is usually scared of men would have happily jumped in the van and gone home with Dale when he left! Our rescue was underfoot, chatty and definitely wanted Dale's attention for pets, even sitting ""pretty"" asking for attention. Dale was very patient and sweet with our special boy. Dale is 5 stars! Thank you Dale!

Unbelievable! A Perfect Plumber is the BEST service company I have ever worked with. Found them off of the Rinnai website as an ""Ace Plumber"". Our Rinnai tankless water heater went out. I called their office and they got us squeezed onto the schedule for an evaluation next day. Dale arrived an hour early for our appointment and assessed the situation, quickly provided me with options and was able to replace our water heater later that afternoon. Dale is personable, professional and knowledgeable. I will call A Perfect Plumber for ALL of my plumbing needs.

The owner, Chris and his team were amazing. I had a really tough plumbing mystery and they were determined to solve the issue. We had cold water bleeding through our pipes and ""hot water"" was only ""luke warm"". A Perfect Plumber inspected the tankless heater and all faucets/appliances and found that there were a couple unusual adjustments needed to the water heater that the installers never made. The actual plumber who came to my house was good. He was nice and explained things to me. But once that is over and you are dealing with the ""office people"" get ready for some serious passive aggressiveness and unprofessionalism.
I was told that I would be emailed my bill after service and so I waited. I received an email and it said ""past due"" on it. After two minutes of receiving email I wrote them back saying ""hey this is my first email and I don't want you to think I am dodging you and I would like to pay but there isnt a link for me to do that sow what can I do"". The professional response by them should have been ""thanks for reaching out to us and here is the best way to pay""...but no... expect a crappy passive aggressive email from Jyme saying you got one and opened it (which is funny cause that day I had serious stomach bug and didnt do anything except hug sleep by my toilet). That response was unnecessary and unprofessional, especially since within two minutes of the one email I was apologizing for not having seen one yet and asking how to pay ASAP, and I will discourage people from using this company.
