I was refinishing my basement and these guys came highly recommend. I called for an estimate and they came the next day. They showed up on time and gave me a competitive quote. I then spent the next two weeks trying to get some other plumbing quotes. Needless to say it was a nightmare. Called perfect plumber back up and had the job scheduled for the next week. They showed up ON TIME and finished the whole job in one day.

I'd noticed that my heating system was particularly loud and so I figured I'd better have my boiler checked to make sure everything was working properly. After one appraisal where a guy came out told me I'd need about $4000 worth of work done, tried to scare me about my safety, and then had the gall to charge me a 'trip fee' I was feeling pretty frustrated. A perfect Plumber was recommended to me and when Chris came out he was honest, kind and took the time to walk me through the entire system. Talking to me like a thinking person he answered all my questions and came back with what seemed a fair bid. The day he came back to work not only was he considerate he also came in under his original bid. My house is now quiet and I feel great about having someone I feel I can trust.

Called in to get an estimate on a simple pressure valve. After setting an appointment he called me back to cancel. Might want to go elsewhere... doesn't seem as reliable as larger plumbing companies.

We have used this company in the past and have been very happy with them as far as how knowledgeable, competitive, and fair they were. Unfortunately, today we woke up with frozen pipes. I called them immediately. They arrived a few hours a head of schedule and got right to work locating the issue. Since there is currently no leak, I chose to monitor the situation and not have him cut holes in the drywall searching out a potential leak. Dennis gave me several great suggestions on what to do between now and the thaw as well as a list of improvements we could do to prevent this issue for happening again. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

I loved everything about my experience with A Perfect Plumber!!
We needed to get a few things fixed per a house inspection, to see our home, and we were referred to them. They got my appointment in quickly, and the morning of I was called by Chris to let me know that Tom would be at my house at 8. 5 minutes early (what repair company is early?!?!) Tom showed up. He was super friendly and went right to work. Walked me through all of the repairs that needed to be done, the costs of it all, etc.
He got it done quickly, I never felt like I was being sold a service, like I was getting screwed over or anything like one normally feels when dealing with repair companies.
I HIGHLY recommend A Perfect Plumber, you will not be disappointed!!
