I used them to fix my toilet and their service plumber was awful! Not only is my toilet still not working, but they charged me over $250.00 and refuse to honor their own work.
And, the woman on the phone, who is the mother of the main plumber, is rude, heartless and very unprofessional.
Please find another plumber. I recommend Forbes Plumbing. They guarantee their work.

Called to ask for an appointment and an estimate. Nice lady answered and politely told me they are so busy they don't want to do the kind of work I need - water main piping re-do. I heard great things about this company, but if they won't even consider helping, they are useless to me. I'll be looking for a company that cares about the people living in this community and their needs.

Called A Pedersons for a kitchen sink stoppage, they made it out the next day during the promised window period. The technician was very friendly and kept the area clean, which I appreciated. He was in and out quickly, got the job done, fixed an additional small leak in the ptrap, and didn't try to upsell me on anything.

I worked for a plumbing company for 15 years so I feel like I'm a pretty hard critic.. and he exceeded my expectations. Their price was extremely reasonable as well, less than half the price I was quoted by Forbes! Definitely recommend them and will keep them in mind if and when I need a plumber again!

We have had to call and request services two times in the last couple of years and have been very pleased with response and the quality of the work done. The first occasion was when a garbage disposal unit quit working and froze up and we were unable to get it to operate. Pederson Plumbing came right out and replaced the disposal with an excellent unit that has been working perfectly since. The other occasion well, a toilet began spraying water out of the top of the tank. Again, the response was timely and the repairs were made quickly. I asked the plumber if it would be better to just replace the toilet and was told that it would be much less expensive to just replace the worn out part in the tank.
