Used Bobby again for another fix...a leaky water main shut-off valve that the builder botched years ago. Bobby took on the mixed-up mess of hardware and fixed it completely the right way, super quality repair.

I found Bobby of ""Pain in the Drain"" Plumbing on Yelp because of his 5 star rating. I called him and he responded very quickly, set up an appointment that fit into my work day and was on time. Gave a free quote for the shower repair. Once again was able to work within my schedule and didn't say he would be there ""sometime between 8 and 1"" like most plumbers I have dealt with. He arrived right on time at 8:00 and started work. It turned out to me more difficult than originally estimated and took longer and more parts but he did not charge more than what he had quoted me for the job. It was done professionally and I was very happy with his work. He works 7 days a week from 7am to 7pm. On top of it all, he is one heck of a nice guy.
I have a water heater that needs to be replaced in the near future and I will only use Pain in the Drain.
Sorry Bobby, I know you said that someday you will get probably get a low rating but not from me, you still have a 5 star rating.

Hello, I have been helping my mother with her 1940s home! She had a couple leaky Fossett's and I am drip that wouldn't stop in the bathroom! And I wanted to have it addressed! Bobby came out gave me an estimate I was happy with the guesstimate!! Estimate he was very friendly very professional! We went ahead and scheduled day for him to come back out, when you came out he showed up a few minutes late! But that was no problem at all he was very very helpful he did a thorough expection found another leak! And just charge me for the part and was able to take care of it all right now as of right now there hasn't been any issues! I would highly Recommend the service! Thanks again

Bobby was very responsive to messages, and squeezed us in between service calls when we had a minor plumbing emergency. He communicated well, and was very friendly and professional. Bobby was quick to respond to my request for service. I received a message from him within a few minutes to address my hot water heater issues. I emailed him a little info and he quickly identified the problem. after sending him a few pictures he was able to give me a quote to fix it. (the quote was for the entire job and not by the hour which was very nice) he came to my house after hours and fixed the issue. he waited around to make sure all was running fine and even moved the washer and dryer back in place before he left. Originally picked because of the witty company name and the high Yelp rating. Was not disappointed. PITD not only fixed our clogged kitchen sink, but they went above and beyond the call of duty, driving an hour out of his way to get to a hardware store for the exact repair item he needed. We bought a super old house and Im sure this is just the beginning of plumbing woes but you can bet PITD is ""bookmarked"" for next time. Would highly recommend.

I was a bit skeptical when I contacted this guy--all those great reviews seemed too good to be true. But he's the real deal. I contacted him through yelp after my mom put a whole bunch of carrot peels down the garbage disposer and clogged it up (go, mom!), and he got right back to me and squeezed me in at the end of the same day. He explained what needed to be done and gave a price for the whole job, not by the hour. Got it fixed with no drama or mess. Also replaced a cracked connection that wasn't part of the job, but threw it in since he was there. Explained his guarantee, gave tips on how to not have the problem again in a way mom could understand, and just was an all-around nice dude. Made the whole mess pretty painless. Recommended.
