Bobby called before arriving, was right on time. Fixed our issue as he described he would on the phone call, and then documented the entire work order verbally and in writing after. He has a unique way of being absolutely professional but not stuffy at the same time. He even took some extra time to knock out an additional request we had. I own a home in Yuba city, right after I moved in we noticed a continued plumbing back up on our mainline. We called Bobby out to clear it. He came right out and got it handled.

We continued to have back ups, we even bought our own 50 ft commercial snake to use when it happened.

We contacted Bobby about figuring out the issue and getting it resolved once and for all. Bobby and Nick came out, camera'd the line and we learned our sewer problem was MAJOR. We needed about half of our main sewer line replaced (someone used orangeburg piping!!). THis involved cutting up the concrete around my pool, and in several locations around my home, a lot of low crawling under the house, etc.

We contracted with Bobby, and he and nick came out and started cutting concrete!! The long and the short of it is this, Bobby and Nick put in LONG days , using trenchless technology to replace the line. They worked well into the night, setting lights to get it done..

I would have to say, Bobby, Nick, and pain in the drain are, by far, the best, most trustworthy, professionals I have ever dealt with ( And I am a long time property manager, I have dealt with 100's of companies...They are our go to...forever!

Bobby was here quickly to check out our problem and returned the next moring to fix our mess. He is very careful laying out covering so the carpets don't get dirty and cleans everything up when he is finished. His work is excellent and reasonable. Used Bobby again for another fix...a leaky water main shut-off valve that the builder botched years ago. Bobby took on the mixed-up mess of hardware and fixed it completely the right way, super quality repair.

I found Bobby of ""Pain in the Drain"" Plumbing on Yelp because of his 5 star rating. I called him and he responded very quickly, set up an appointment that fit into my work day and was on time. Gave a free quote for the shower repair. Once again was able to work within my schedule and didn't say he would be there ""sometime between 8 and 1"" like most plumbers I have dealt with. He arrived right on time at 8:00 and started work. It turned out to me more difficult than originally estimated and took longer and more parts but he did not charge more than what he had quoted me for the job. It was done professionally and I was very happy with his work. He works 7 days a week from 7am to 7pm. On top of it all, he is one heck of a nice guy.
I have a water heater that needs to be replaced in the near future and I will only use Pain in the Drain.
Sorry Bobby, I know you said that someday you will get probably get a low rating but not from me, you still have a 5 star rating.
