Call my home warranty for leaking waterline. They provided me with AP contractor I spoke with him and was told they would be here next day. They did not show. I called my home warranty again and they rescheduled me for the following Monday again no-show tried contacting them was told that I never spoke to anybody there they rescheduled me again for the following Monday again no show I called my home warranty again. They tried to get in touch with them and was t told that they could not get in contact with them either ANP call me 10 minutes later trying to reschedule again he told me that his workers had been trying to get in touch with me since the beginning. Another lie! I am retired and I'm home 24 seven so I know they never tried to get in touch with me or I would have answered their calls this company is not to be trusted.

This company screw up and leaves you to pay for it. My insurance company sent out A and P to fix a leak in my wall. He told me that he had to remove the vanity and etc. When it got approved I received a call stating that the insurance would only cover 500, and that I would have to pay 205 out of pocket to cover the cost of removing and replacing the vanity per the receipt. He ended up cutting a hole through my vanity which is wood in order to get to the leak in the wall. The insurance company won't cover it because it's not drywall. I called him and asked was he going to fix his screw up, he basically said isn't the leak fixed and that it was on me to fix. Now I have to spend more money to fix his screw up. I don't recommend this company at all, especially if you want to save yourself from spending extra money to fix his fxxx up.

They are extremely unprofessional and want to be paid, but will do a very crappy job. Stay away from this company

Horrible service is an understatement. He had not even visited my house when he had already decided he was going to charge extra. My warranty company hired him to do the job, but I decided to pay for the service through someone else. Through the warranty company I wasn't supposed to pay anything to him, but he decided I was going to have to pay him between $300-$400 that the warranty company wasn't going to cover. Stay away from this company.

I guess writing another bad review about this company is not going to make the owner of this company change.
I was assigned to them by my warranty and it has been the WORST experience I have ever had. This man needs anger management and customer service training. The sad part is that he might be good at plumbing but I guess he is not aware about good business practices.
I would HIGHLY recommend staying AWAY and calling anyone but this company.

DO NOT CONTRACT THIS COMPANY! I would not recommend this company to anyone. The owner, I'm assuming, or whomever answers the phone is rude and dishonest. I paid this company $165 and the issue wasn't resolved. After calling back to report my toilet was still having issues, less than 8 hours after the repairmen left, I was told someone would come to my home between 0800-1000. No one showed up and no one called me back. I have called the contact number and no one has answered. This organization has stolen my money. I left a voicemail requesting my money back, if this does no occur I will pursue litigation in small claims court. I work hard for my money and do not appreciate being scammed/ stolen from. On Yelp this company advertises being 24/7 and accepting either debt or credit. I cannot remember which. The first day a repairman arrived he told me he came to give me an estimate which was $45. I didn't ask for an estimate. I clearly stated the issue and I wanted to resolved that night, otherwise I wouldn't have had them come to my home at 2100. Once I explained the repairman went out to his truck for over 30 minutes looking for the part. He said he didn't have it but he'd be back at 0900 the following day. I explained I did not have cash and the site specifically stated they accept card. I wrote him a check. The following morning they arrived at approximately 0930ish. Mind you these repairmen were very personable, which makes the way this business is being ran more disheartening. Upon "fixing" the issue one of the repairmen said it would be $130. I explained to him Steven, one of the repairman, told me $125 the night prior. He went on to say they needed cash because they needed to fuel their truck. I figured they had done the job I requested and were nice so I wanted to help them out. I woke up my child and drove to not one but two ATMs because the first one was broke. I gave him the agreed upon $125. Approximately five hours later my toilet was doing the same thing it was prior to if being "fixed". I have called the company and was told by the rude person whom answers that he'd see where his people were. I was told the day prior they would be here between 0800-1000. I canceled my medical appointment to get this issues resolved and no one has shown up. In my opinion this is theft. I work hard for my money. The "owner" has yet to return my calls and neither has the repairman I called. Do not allow this organization to get away with stealing money from you, this is disgusting and shameful. I am requesting a full refund or my money. If this does not occur the next place we will go is to court. You have picked the wrong person to try to scam. I don't understand how anyone can lay their head down at night knowing you are doing bad business. What a shameful thing to do to honest working people.

I would give zero stars if I could. I was set up with this company through my home warranty. I've used the warranty before and never had issues. The plumber did not call within the 2 business day time frame required. When he did, we tried to schedule and appointment he said he MAY be able to get there, same day, after 4pm. When I said that I couldn't do that with my work schedule, he said "maybe the next day." Three days later and I didn't hear from him. Finally, after I called him, I said the initial walkthrough needed to be after 5pm or during lunch. He agreed to after 5pm. He called at 3pm and said he was on the way over. When I told him I wasn't available and we'd have to wait till after 5pm, he was not happy. He did finally come by at 5 pm. He seemed quite agitated that I wasn't at home during the day for him to drop by and do the initial walkthrough (I work) and let it be known when he was over. He continued to get a list of a few items that needed to be fixed and left. Four days after that with no contact, I had to follow up with him. He asked if my hot water heater was still not working. It was not. He said he would call it in to the company to replace it. I had to follow up multiple days to find out what the schedule was and when he was coming out to do the work. He never attempted to contact me. The last time I talked to him, he acted like he didn't know what house was mine and why I was calling him. At this point, I had enough. I called the warranty company to swap plumbers. Plot Twist -- Art already called the warranty company days prior and said that he had completed the work and my hot water heater was working fine.
I would stay as far away from this guy as possible. Communication was terrible. Integrity was terrible. Can't schedule an actual appointment.

Poor customer service. Beware, if they don't have a fitting you will get a patched job. Cable if doing good work but has bad attitude. Gets caught up in lot of psycho babble. Called Art to fix to fix his patched job. Promised to come back. No show, 2 weeks & counting. He's really a smart mouth. I don't recommend this guy. See photo. Missing the threaded adapter.

BAD ATTITUDE - Called this business at 9:30 am. on June 19, 2017. Needed a leaky bathroom line repaired. The dispatch guy, whomever he was, told me he would send someone within the hour. Called them back at 12:30-ish to inquire why their plumber had not yet arrived. The dispatch guy, unfortunately I didn't get his name, was extremely rude. Said, " WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO, STOP MY CREW FROM WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO SEND THEM WITH YOU!? No sir, I replied, I'm just calling because you told me that they would arrive about 11:00 a.m. and it is now past 12:30 p.m. Then he screamed,"YOU ARE ACTING LIKE A BITCH!". I refuse to be spoken that way buy anyone and obviously he didn't want my business, so I hung up and called someone else...
CALL THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK...

april 1st, 2017, we called a & p plumbing to get a shower/faucet replaced on the master bath shower! the man they sent out spent 3 hours to replace the facet and the charge was $375.00, faucet was about $75. the man they sent out, jorge escobedo, no longer works for the company! after 2 months we had a leak in the faucet he replaced......had leaked for 2 month and caused damage to the wall and the wet walls started getting termites! extensive damages was done to the studs!
on june 14th we called art, one of the owners! he said he would send someone out to fix it! we asked him to come look at the damage! he said he would come by on the morning of the 15th
by noon on the 15th we called him and he said he did not have time to come out........................he was working!
so we paid another plumber plus paid for termite treatment.......................i would not recommend this company for anything!
quality of workmanship.....................extremely poor! has no intention of resolving a problem caused by his workers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
