Had a gas leak reported at my rental property and Charlie said he can come right over to check it out. Advised we needed to replace the valve or simply cap off the line if not needed. We elected to cap the line and problem solved in less than 30 minutes with a happy tenant. I like to try and support local businesses whenever possible and can't get more local than down the street! A-One will be on our short list of preferred services for sure. Thanks again!

Charlie just left the house after fixing a water heater with a pilot light that wouldn't stay lit. I found him on the manufacturer's web site of authorized service people and he had all the kit necessary to make the repair right on his truck.
We had set a couple meeting times and dates that I had to change and Charlie accommodated the changes, called to confirm the day of the appointment, and showed up on time. He got busy on the job right away gave me what seems to be a reasonable price for his time.
I won't have any hesitation about calling him again.

It was the end of the day and Charlie returned my call towards what had to be the end of his work day, and he was nice enough to come over and fix my plumbing issue. I had seen his truck driving around the South Bay going from job to job, so I know he's always busy. He was professional and worked really hard to make sure that we could use our ammenities that night.

A-One for sure. Can't remember how long I've used them - far as I'm concerned once I used their services, there was nobody else. Always good, reachable and get there and get the job done people. But I just had an over the top experience. 3 am on the 26th of December - not only the day after Christmas, but my birthday. I do my usual go to bed ritual of a hot bubble bath - go to turn off the water and it doesn't turn off. Hmm, maybe I was so excited about being a year older, I forgot how to turn the water off? Nope. got it to go less but not off. So I call around 9 am and leave a message. In 5 minutes it is answered and in about 20 minutes they are out. Found that it needed a whole whatever - not just a cartridge or a screw loose. 'Course everything's closed. I've got a hot water heating system that shuts off the whole house if the water is turned off to one area - so that was not an option. Left it on at low flow - but low, hot flow. My new orchid loved it. They called to tell me the part was ordered - they called to tell be it would be in and called to set up an appointment. It's not only not bad, it's magic - call on the 26th when all the suppliers are closed and have it up and running on the 28th. Five plus stars far as I'm concerned.
