We had our water heater replaced a couple of months ago. The worker that completed the job was friendly and courteous. The only thing that kept me from giving a five star review was that the worker left and forgot to turn on the water heater and test it, although the final invoice stated that it was one of the services provided. Other than that, good service!

Very helpful and professional. I found them on the web, they have a good website that looked like could help me fix my boiler. After a lengthy phone conversation, Jason walked me though what he thought was just a dirty burner and how to clean it out. I cleaned it out and it's works great. I'm very appreciative that he took the time to guide me though the steps on how to do it myself. Very selfless! Highly recommend.

This is the worst plumbing company I ever did business with. After paying them close to 4,000.00 on a men's urinal sensor that ended up going bad, they wouldn't take our calls and kept sending us new employees cause the old ones quit, I guess they treat there employees the way they treat there customers. If you don't want to be treated like they really don't care about your business do not use them

I am so happy a friend referred me to A O Dowd Plumbing! Jason came out to repair my gas fireplace after I was unable to locate a technician to come service it. We are selling our house and escrow was due to close shortly. Jason was great at squeezing us in and fixing the problem, even though it is not part of his specialty. He was excellent at communicating with us throughout the process and extremely personable. Highly recommend him!

I had an emergency with my main line stopped up. I called AO Dowd plumbing. Hector was dispatched to my home in less than an hour and he immediately got on the problem. Hector was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He fixed my problem in no time.

First thank you Jason for called me back and show interest in my needs of trying to fix my shower licking and though my call was I could said after hours on a Saturday (745pm) I am very grateful for everything. I was then immediately (801pm) contacted by Hector who was absolutely AWESOME and set up appointment for the following day early in the morning, he then again was so great came on the morning (9am) fixed my shower licking and also went the extra mile in to tight my shower head. I am just wonder why Yelp only have 5stars I totally feel they deserve 10 ********** plus.
Though I hope I dont have any more issues in my house I so definitely will contact them again if I need help I feel also YOU Yelp reader you should call them too, They are Awesome! Thanks Again A O Dowd Plumbing.
