A O Dowd Plumbing is an excellent company. Beginning with our first phone call to A O Dowd, we spoke to Jason to request a plumber, we knew we found the plumbing company we needed. The customer service is outstanding, including their great communication. Today, Anthony came to our house to replace our kitchen faucet. He was very professional and knowledgeable, such a nice young man. He knew exactly what to do, and now we have a perfect new kitchen faucet. He also replaced two knobs on our upstairs guest bathtub. The last plumber from a different company, wanted to charge us a great deal of money, but not A O Dowd Plumbing. This company is fair, honest, and has the highest integrity. I mistakenly called another company to unclog my main line. that company was out there for 15 minutes and said they couldn't unclog it and that we need to hydrojet it for $795 and that our pipe might be burst. I dismissed that company and was still required to pay 99 even though they didn't do anything. I called A O Dowd plumbing. They came within an hour and explained every thing. we're 10x more knowledgeable and reassuring. They said they wanted to snake and see first and they said if they couldn't snake it they couldn't charge me. Anthony was out there for 15 minutes and unclogged it instantly. He even ran water for 10 minutes and snaked further in the drain just to make sure.
Anthony was amazing and saves us several hundred dollars will use them again! If you are considering them it's an easy yes just do it.

Called them because my tankless water heater was tripping out. After some googling found out what the code 10 meant and them figured out the painters covered the vent holes while painting the outside of our complex.

They showed up and confirmed, didn't even charge a service fee or anything. Very friendly and really explained why it happened, so I had a thorough understanding. You can tell when someone is proud of their business and really stands behind great customer service. If I could give 10 stars I would. Definitely will call in the future if I have any problems. Highly recommend.

I certainly home to a huge leak where our water meter is. I call A O Dowd after 5 in the afternoon, left a voicemail and called me back within a few minutes. They came by that same day to assess the problem. They gave me an estimate and let me know the problem. They came back next day and fixed the issue.
