I had my almost 100 year old Sears bungalow painted by this firm (built in 1922). It was really badly in need of paint. These workers were polite, neat and tidy, highly professional and did an amazing job painting my house. It looks like a new house. They did lots of extra little things that made everything look especially great like cutting old cable lines and removing them and painting my electrical conduit so it disappears when you look at the house. I would recommend them to anyone. They really go the extra mile for their clients, and the prices are really fair and reasonable. Dennis Andrade did an outstanding job for me on adding additional kitchen cabinets to my kitchen. He is willing to work with you on whatever you need. Very responsive and reasonable. Did a professional job in kitchen and made sure each cabinet were lined up. Triple measured everything with no cutting mistakes. Highly recommend.

Denis and his crew were fantastic. Trustworthy, punctual and hardworking. We have just finisihed a major renovation of our home so we had experience with many different contractors...working with Denis's team was great and they even fixed some mistakes made by other contractors without extra charge. They did drywall, painting and some framing. Would definitely recommend and use again..Also, Denis is one hundred percent honest, and after finishing this reno i would say that is a huge and important factor.

I heard great things about Dennis Andrade on my North Takoma neighborhood list serve, and I am now a fan, too. We had damaged walls that needed heavy duty re-plastering, sanding, and priming before painting. The walls were repaired and painted to look as good as those in a brand new house. The painting was also done immaculately, according to my eagle eye inspection. And Dennis and his hardworking crew were polite, professional, and very careful to keep things clean as well as tidying up afterwards.
