I tried to unclog our sink by myself but nothing seemed to work. We saw a cool vintage truck with the A&N Plumbing logo driving along and decided to give them a call. We called on a Friday morning and they set up an appointment in 2 hours! Eddied called when he was on the way. He was very friendly and professional. Got right to work and now our kitchen sink is draining again. I highly recommend them! I was also very surprised at the reasonable fee.

Back in 2004, I bought a water heater from A&N when the one in my nine-year-old house went bad. It cost $820.19 for a 40-gallon unit and was supposed to last maybe eight to ten years.

Well, it lasted just 9 days short of 17 years. On February 16, I had to take a very cold shower, and when we checked in the garage, there was a lot of water. As the old water heater lasted so long, we called A&N again. The woman asked what size I had (she said it was probably 40 or 50 gallons), but I didn't know that. I told them I bought the last one from them, but they couldn't find my record (it was 17 years ago), so I went into the garage and found out that it was 40 gallons. I asked if I could have a 50 gallon unit (more hot water is better, right?), so she asked how much room I had. I told I could take pictures and send them to her, which I did. She called me back and said that it should fit, and she scheduled an appointment for the next day.

At the scheduled time, two guys showed up and installed the unit. It was fairly quick, and cost me $1014.18 -- less than $200 more than the one 17 years ago for a larger unit. It has only been two weeks since we got it, but it seems to be working well. I just hope that it lasts as long as the previous one (it's the same brand, so I'm hopeful).

I have been a fan of A & N Plumbing for years now because they do such a great job. From Toni who takes care of you the minute she answers the phone (works her heart out with scheduling the best for your needs) to the team that shows up to solve your problem. A & N has also installed a new hot water heater and a new toilet, not just unclogged pipes! Fantastic group---this owner can be proud! Great service! Woke up to a flooded garage from my dying water heater... called A&N and spoke a very kind lady...they were at my home within 45 minutes! Jose was very courteous and professional...they definitely earned my respect and business!!

I went to Hollister to visit my 90 year old grandma and when she explained her bad experience with A&N I felt the need to shears with you all before knowing what your getting into by using this company. They clearly took advantage of trusting elderly lady. She simply called scheduled the appointment they took three weeks to get the job going then did a poor job and wanted to charge an additional fee to fix the problem that they should have corrected in the first place. Bad customer service two thumbs down:(

I found A & N because they had two little girls in their ads--I used them once & will never use any other plumber. They are great! They get to know you, know your home, and are pro-active with plumbing needs. They are some of the nicest folks around, and I recommend them to all.

Had trouble with the drain in the kitchen start over the holiday. Called early on Black Friday and they responded quickly and were able to arrive before we would have to pay more fees for late night services. The service men cleaned out the drain but were not able to say where or what was causing the backup problem.
