A and N Plumbing can Thank Marquez Plumbing for this awesome review. If it weren't for the lack of communication from Marquez i would of never called another Plummer. I can't stand it when you leave a company a mess for a call back and 24 hours later still no call back so you call again for a lady to tell you that are all booked. When I called A and N lady who answered she did tell me that they were also fully booked but she did ask question on what my issue was. Once I told her it was a unfinished water heater install she put me on hold and was able to squeeze me in that same day. Worker who came was awesome and professional and was in and out in a jiffy. I will definitely use them again hands down.

I would recommend the plumber who came in at the promised time. The plumber fixed our problem right away and nonetheless he gave out great customer service. However, the receptionist was very rude with really low grade customer service. This business is 5 star worthy if the plumber would have been the receptionist. I work with customers everyday, and if my nature was to treat people in a rude manner, we would be out-of-business. #bekindtoothers.

Very pleased with the service we received. After our water heater went out, we called around for estimates. A & N was able to give us a great quote with details about pricing for each part of the project. Carlos came out the next day and quickly installed our new water heater. I would highly recommend A & N Plumbing. I came home to a flooded Garage on Sunday night. Monday morning I called and they had a Plumber at my door within 20 minutes. He replaced the valve on my water heater and even helped with some hoses on my Washing machine. Very nice and extremely knowledgeable, got the job done quick. I will definitely use A & N Plumbing again.

My water softner stopped working. It was leaking water all over the garage. I called A & N plumbing to come out and take a look. The plumber came out and said he couldnt do anything. I then got a bill of $95.00. I called A & N and asked them if I could apply this amount to the installation of a new water softner and some other plumbing work I needed done. I was told by the lady on the phone "" they could not do that if they did this for me they would have to do this for everyone"" I paid $9.50 per minute for the plumber to tell me he couldnt fix the softner. Now I need another water softner installed and other plumbing work, but I will definatly not call A & N plumbing. What a rip off for such a small town. They are so stupid. I made sure to tell everyone at the office about this. I hope they loose alot of business as I also work in Hollister.

Tony and Mike at A&N Plumbing are great! Give thorough explanations and options prior to bidding any work, seem very honest and fair, and aim to please. After having dealt with other less forthcoming plumbers in town, these guys have earned my business!
