This company had me spend my whole f?/;&@ Saturday waiting for them to fix a simple leak but NO SHOw, I was willing to pay &
$150/hr for WHAT!
These people suck, i had been told by by local contractors not to use them ahh, they were right!
STAY AWAY!

I went to Hollister to visit my 90 year old grandma and when she explained her bad experience with A&N I felt the need to shears with you all before knowing what your getting into by using this company. They clearly took advantage of trusting elderly lady. She simply called scheduled the appointment they took three weeks to get the job going then did a poor job and wanted to charge an additional fee to fix the problem that they should have corrected in the first place. Bad customer service two thumbs down:(

I found A & N because they had two little girls in their ads--I used them once & will never use any other plumber. They are great! They get to know you, know your home, and are pro-active with plumbing needs. They are some of the nicest folks around, and I recommend them to all.

Had trouble with the drain in the kitchen start over the holiday. Called early on Black Friday and they responded quickly and were able to arrive before we would have to pay more fees for late night services. The service men cleaned out the drain but were not able to say where or what was causing the backup problem.

A and N Plumbing can Thank Marquez Plumbing for this awesome review. If it weren't for the lack of communication from Marquez i would of never called another Plummer. I can't stand it when you leave a company a mess for a call back and 24 hours later still no call back so you call again for a lady to tell you that are all booked. When I called A and N lady who answered she did tell me that they were also fully booked but she did ask question on what my issue was. Once I told her it was a unfinished water heater install she put me on hold and was able to squeeze me in that same day. Worker who came was awesome and professional and was in and out in a jiffy. I will definitely use them again hands down.

I would recommend the plumber who came in at the promised time. The plumber fixed our problem right away and nonetheless he gave out great customer service. However, the receptionist was very rude with really low grade customer service. This business is 5 star worthy if the plumber would have been the receptionist. I work with customers everyday, and if my nature was to treat people in a rude manner, we would be out-of-business. #bekindtoothers.

Very pleased with the service we received. After our water heater went out, we called around for estimates. A & N was able to give us a great quote with details about pricing for each part of the project. Carlos came out the next day and quickly installed our new water heater. He had all the extra materials that were necessary and made the whole process headache-free. Thank you!
