Thank you for your exceptional service on a Sunday to resolve our home leaking water heater emergency. Musa, the Tech was very polite and knowledgeable and offered to drive up to our Round Rock home without hesitation. He arrived fully equipped with everything he needed for the installation to avoid any delays. Musa was great to work with and explained the entire process upfront. He even assisted me in acquiring the proper-sized replacement and part accessories for the installation. It has been years since I messed with a water heater so with him going the extra mile was extremely rare in my experience. The Tech did an outstanding job and had the heater operational again in no time despite it being located in the attic. Musa was responsive and proactive in valuing the family time and never tried once to upcharge me for his services, which is also very rare and the exception in this business, especially for weekend emergency support. Danny's the owner was always very transparent about pricing and avoided hidden charges. I gladly recommend "A Model Plumbing" for its fair pricing, reliability, and true A+ professional service. Five Stars for sure !!!

We had a pipe burst after the last freeze and A Model Plumbing was able to come out the day I called when 2 other companies were booked a week out. They were working on a nearby job and one of the guys came over to scope the situation. The parts needed were special order so we were able to stop the leak while procuring the parts.

Musa came out to do the repair when the parts were available and was on time, friendly, professional and very efficient.

Would definitely recommend Musa and this plumbing company.

Called Danny A Model Plumbing. Seemed helpful at first. Sent detailed video & pictures to install 40 gallon hot water heater. Waited entire afternoon to be told, "We can't make it today". Told they would be here next morning. NO CALL, just text message next morning, "Find someone else to do your job, can't make it". Called Danny to share disappointment (have company to run) and could he help. Apparently not, he HUNG UP on me. All this AFTER I cancelled two others who wanted to come out AND spent extensive time by phone explaining attic layout & needs. Unreliable. Do not recommend. If you're a professional, BE professional.

These guys were absolute pros. Genuinely nice and fixed Kitec internal water lines which are an absolute pain. The owner was responsive and he checked in on us . Highly recommend

I noticed water on the floor under the bathroom sink but couldn't tell where it was coming from, except apparently from behind the wall. First thought was that we would need to tear out the vanity and need a whole remodel. Danny's crew came over to assess the situation on Friday; on Monday came back, located the pinhole leak with a minimum of wall damage, soldered it up and all is well. Honest service at a fair price. That is why they are our "go to" plumbers.

Guys came over so fast to help get our frozen busted hot water heater in the attic turned all the way off so our second unit would properly work. They are working until 11pm helping people during this crazy 2021 winter storm with their own guys sliding off the roads to help others.

Fast, reliable, affordable quality service at 5pm on a Saturday afternoon. Had a severe water heater leak. I called Danny Terry and he was at my house within 30 minutes. Replaced heater and hauled off old one. No need to wait for someone to come in from Austin when you have a plumbing emergency.
