The reviews were correct. Our kitchen sink was clogged and when that happens the whole operation shuts down. Think about it- you can't cook, wash fruit, dishes, clean up- you get the point. Called them at around 9am and they had an opening at 12:30. Lonnie was great- put on shoe covers before, scoped out issue, was courteous and cleaned up after. All this at a reasonable rate. Removed the clog and was on his merry way. Happy customer who hopes not to need a plumber again, but if so I will definitely call these guys.

Really excellent. We had an after-hours plumbing issue (ALL plumbing issues are after-hours - no one has plumbing issues during business hours because you're away from home like everyone else who's conducting, you know, business) and our ""regular"" plumber was of course closed for that day.

Found these guys on a search for plumbers ""open now at 7:45pm"" and they were able to get here within an hour, diagnose the issue (small), and fix it. He seemed reluctant to charge me since it was such a simple fix, but I'm more than happy to pay for great people who are willing to be available at odd hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. I could have done it myself and he showed me how for the future, but it's good to have a pro there double-checking things and backing you up so you can be sure you're not messing something up (it was a gas issue, so I wouldn't want to miss something).

They gave me a half hour window on when they would arrive and came right on time on a Saturday. Lonnie came in and used the snake on a clogged bathtub and all was good with in 30 minutes.

Lonnie is the man! I have used A Miracle Plumbing on two separate occasions for drain cleaning and pipe/drain replacement with excellent results. He was thorough, fair, and communicated clearly, delivering the exact results I needed to get my plumbing functional again. I just referred him to someone else today to clear a drain and learned that he also had a good result and would use him in the future as well.

Talk about character: Lonnie went as far as to teach me how to clear my own drains, which I have had to do twice already (thanks Lonnie!). His honesty and integrity are very evident from the moment you meet him.

We ordered two times plumbing service from them Feb and April 2015. They responded quick, came on time, reasonable rate, done good job and CLEAN. our main sewer line was clogged, need big head snake to cable the main sewer line by pulling out 2 toilets. Anthony is doing a good job, patiently explained the problem and procedures to me. And he done a good job on cleaning up the working area after he finished the job. Recently ordered their service to come out and snake my plumbing. They were available within a few hours and gave a very reasonable estimate $125 which in the area is the going rate. After starting the job, the estimate for the job went up another $20 for the use of a larger snake to drain which also had blades attached to it. I was a little perturbed because all I could think of was great... here comes another estimate that'll be way over the initial estimate. I called and talked to Lonnie about why the increase in price for a larger snake versus a smaller one and my thoughts were correct it shouldn't have been charged. I called my wife and apparently from when this initial job started it was a total sh#tty mess, the plumber and my wife were exposed to alot of back pressure and it went everywhere. My tone changed at that moment and realized maybe the charge was for the extra cleaning job because he did help my wife clean the garage. I wasn't sure but I was really grateful, I could only imagine the mess all over. My wife tipped the tech, Anthony, I believe his name was an extra $20 and he was on his way. My wife said he was great and thus far my over all experience with the company is a good one. I appreciate the extra effort from the technician and whether or not I couldn't get a good answer on the extra costs I just concluded why am I being so cheap... he just cleaned out a garage and he only charged me an extra $20. Most of the time I like doing the work myself on the home but in this case I was glad they were there. Thanks again miracle!

Update-- Line needed to be snaked again due to a clog and these guys honored their warranty. Anthony was out here within an hour and squared it away. Fantastic job guys! Thanks again.

Wow, these guys were great. Lonnie came in, assessed the situation, gave me a few choices, and quoted an incredibly fair price. He was on time, immediately covered his boots before coming into the house, and was polite, courteous, and efficient. And clean.

I don't mean to be cliche, but Miracle Plumbing truly works miracles. We had bad luck with a string of plumbers sent over by our home warranty company - none of which could fix a serious blockage in our plumbing system. Miracle Plumbing's equipment alone was more sophisticated than any of the other plumbing companies. Lonnie spent 4 hours working until the problem was solved, going above and beyond to complete the job. Very reasonably priced, friendly and professional. We're now planning to ditch our warranty company and just use Miracle in the future.

We had a really bad blockage in our plumbing. When I ran the washing machine on one side of the house, the toilet would overflow on the other side of the house. The guys from Miracle came over and got right down to business. They charged me $350 up front which I thought was a lot at first, but they worked on the problem all afternoon -- 4 of them -- until they got it unclogged. A day or two later it backed up again, but the guys from Miracle came over right away and worked on it again. They didn't charge me anything for the second visit.

I haven't had any problems since.
