This was some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I had an unexpected complication while they were on site and they quickly and professionally handled that on top of the original job. Pricing was fair and upfront. I wouldn't hesitate to use A-Mac's again.

The only bright spot about this company is the receptionist taking the calls. Employees are nasty and VERY confrontational. If you are in need of a good plumbing service looks elsewhere as this company is a GIGANTIC WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

If you are unfortunate enough to do business with them be sure to have them give you a written quote before they start the work or you will be very surprised with the final total. If you tell them you were told another price they will literally start a fight in your front yard.
