Shawn came quickly to solve our leaky heating pipe issue caused by the company who installed a new shower surround (although the furnace technician had to replace one fitting when it didnt hold with pressure). We remain frustrated because although committing to us several times to email a receipt having been paid on the spot we have yet to receive and need the receipt to be compensated by the shower installers. Shawn was polite and we appreciate his timely response but we really need that receipt.... in the future we will require all tradesmen to supply a receipt when paid.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink that over flowed onto my kitchen floor. Second time in 4 months. I called 12 plumbers and couldn't find one to come to my rescue. But my 13th call was the charm. A&M answered the phone (progress) and committed to being at my house in an hour. He was, fixed the leak and was done in less than an hour. It cost $130 which may be high, I don't know. All I know is the leak is gone and I don't have to clean dishes in the tub for 2 weeks. Yay!!

It's great that Matt F. had a good experience dealing with ""Shawn"", I on the other hand have some different advice. He's great at returning your phone call quickly when (like Shawn) you have a plumbing issue you'd like someone to be able to work within days. He'll tell you what you want to hear, even offer to come & look at the job at hand on a Sunday. But then the next day you try to follow up on when he's planning to stop by & you get a completely different story, Now all of a sudden he won't be able to even look at the job for at least week, even tries to tell you what he said the day before was completely different than what he actually said. WHAT??????? Yeah, obviously a bigger, more $$ job came along (only my opinion) & he just ditched everything he told me the day before, left me hanging on a weekend & really didn't care...

So glad we have others in the area that have a better business practice than leading you on & ditching you after a verbal commitment that they're willing to assist.

Shawn does fantastic work. Our bathroom toilet surprised us one morning by spewing water all over the floor. It started leaking into the basement.
I reached out to a buddy who owns a construction company in dover because he knows lots of contractors and I didnt want to get ripped off. He recomend a&m emphatically.
In a few hours shawn was able to diagnose the problem, swap a few parts, and do some custom welding. I was expecting to hear that this would cost thousands, and be a major overhaul. He thought outside the box, saved me a ton of money, didnt try to upsell or drag it out.
