We had them install mini split air conditioning. The experience was good, the sales guy was awesome, no pressure, honest and knowledgeable. The office people were pleasant with no issues.
The installers were on time and did a great job, they didn't mind explaining what they were doing. Clean up was excellent and the unit has been running for a year with no issues. The only thing I can't comment on is how they do fora service call but hopefully we won't need for a while.
I had to come and leave a review based on the terrible service and lack of respect I've gotten from other contractors in the S Jersey area this year for other projects, dealing with AM Botte was a pleasure in comparison.

This review is nearly 1 full year after install of several mini-split air conditioning units in our house. The units were installed in the summer of 2020, and they have been working consistently well throughout the year. Dustin and Joe and the whole team were knowledgeable, patient, professional, and responsive during the entire process. Dustin responded to questions via text and email seemingly at any hour of the day. He took the time to talk me and my wife through all our questions/concerns, and the company did a beautiful job with installing the units and making everything function well and look great. Would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to others.

I want to thank you, wishing I could do this in person. What you did for my daughter and her family is beyond amazing. You saw how hard things are for her and went beyond and helped her get heat, with out you her and the kids would have had to go without heat. Listen everyone, you will not find a better company then this, they are truly amazing, they are quick, efficient and compassionate to the extreme. I just wish there was something I could do to reward them for the care and compassion for my daughter and her family. AMAZING!!!!

AM Botte came highly recommended to me by multiple people, I had an issue In June and Sam came right away and the issue was resolved, however my experience this time was complete opposite. I had someone come out to look at my AC and before he even looked at my system he was telling me i should just replace it, he glanced at my condenser outside and said ""well one problem is that your condenser is 17 years old"" he just stared at me when I immediately responded that my house was built in 2010 and it was impossible, immediately backpedaled and said ""oh my bad I guess the date is inverted"" I told him where I saw water dripping from but he continued to push a total replacement instead of inspecting my system. I asked some questions and he just brushed me off and changing the subject back to total replacement. I paid $85 (after two reschedules on AMs part) for someone to try to take advantage of me. My invoice says I declined a leak test but I wasn't even offered one! As he was leaving he told me that in a few months he will be moving into new sales , guess he was practicing !

Twice in 4mo, we've called on AM Botte for our newly purchased home and each time they have delivered above and beyond service. Our first issue was our heat and the second was our AC. Our service tech who was there each time, Sam, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, honest and friendly. He came out the same day and serviced us quickly. DISHONEST COMPANY! If we could leave 0 star for their service, we would. We had some issue with the air conditioner so we called them. The guy came over within 2 hours, which is great. However, they absolutely didn't mention anything about the service charge of $79+tax on the phone. The service guy came by and check and gave us a quote for approximately $700 to TEMPORARILY fix the AC. He said he checked the filter and everything else and they looked fine. He said the AC probably needed more refrigerant. At around $700 price tag, we didn't go with them. We called another HVAC technician to come out that night. He said we only needed a new filter. That was it. An inexpensive fix and our AC has been running fine since. I don't know where the $700 price tag coming from but we are very glad we didn't go with them. And please mention the service charge before dispatching the service man to your customers. Had they done that, we wouldn't have wasted our time and money with them. DISHONEST COMPANY!

I called for a service tech to come look at my AC. It was 84 degrees in my house over the weekend. I called several places that either didn't get back to me or couldn't get to me today. AM sent someone out by late afternoon, the tech came in and diagnosed the issue right away. Super nice guy, tried his best to educate me on the problem!

I will use them again in the future. I appreciate the great service (Craig) provided, I appreciated the service being affordable and I appreciate them keeping their promise and getting out to me by the end of the day.

My daughter and I will sleep well tonight!
