Terrible. Keith connected the brand new dishwasher incorrectly. He disengaged a garbage disposal which was completed ok.
We had to have GE out to look at the dishwasher and said it was responsibility of plumber. We called,texted and emailed. No response
He cut himself during work and we have him peroxide and bandages. He then broke my kitchen counter saying it was the fault of the person who installed last dishwasher....20 years ago???? I think not
He gave us a total and we even have him an additional monies because we thought everything was ok. We asked to run a complete cycle and he did not

Keith and his partner, Ali, were very time:date accommodating (despite their busy schedule and my last minute cancellation before a long weekend). Keith is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful pointing out tips to help make our new water heater last longer than the last one. We enjoyed their ""visit"", they are super nice people, dog friendly and we very highly recommend them. We already have another project planned for them!

Keith K. is a master, plain and simple. When we renovated the upstairs bathroom in our 170-year-old house, he re-ran all the plumbing for it. Not only did he find and fix the reason why our tub would never drain well, he also solved a problem that annoys almost everyone: when you flush the toilet, the shower burns whoever is in there. Not any more. Keith is easy to deal with, fast, and neat. What more can you ask of any service provider?

I do not recommend Keith of Ali Plumbing. I spent $220 a SECOND time to have a licensed plumber redo a simple kitchen sink installation. Hose to the dishwasher was not clamped, pipes were configured correctly nor sealed. Drain literally lifted up and out of the sink after 7 months of installation, causing water damage below. After placing an emergency call to him and leaving messages on both his phone lines when this happened, I never received a return call.
