We had a pipe burst in February 2019 during one of the severe cold spells. This plumbing company came to ""fix"" the problem, and after repeated difficulties and stated problems with soldering and joining the pipe correctly, they said they had it complete. In February of this year, we note the carpet is all wet and clearly the drywall is wet as well right below the leak that they ""fixed"". Upon further inspection the pipe and leak they had worked on was leaking and had been leaking for sometime as the entire carpet in that corner of the room was soaked and the drywall was also very wet, almost 150 ft.² of wet drywall. And nearly 200 ft.² of wet soaking carpet and padding ruined. We called this A-Keveloh and told them of the problem and they came the next day and said ""the wind must've moved this and caused it to start leaking again"". Well that's total bullshit, the pipe is inside the wall, there is no wind in the wall. We told them this is their responsibility, to which they replied ""there is a one-year warranty on plumbing problems"". This was exactly 11 days after the one year. That we called them and it had clearly been leaking for sometime for it to be as soaked as it was. They are refusing to stand behind their work, and they will not return phone calls. They are avoiding their responsibility for this, and clearly this is their responsibility. Nothing moved, there was no wind in this wall, this is clearly faulty workmanship. And refusal to take responsibility for a problem they caused.

Do not use this company. They are not reliable, they avoid responsibility for their problems that they are causing, and we are left with thousands of dollars of damage that they are not going to cover. We will be pursuing them through the Better Business Bureau and other means, however their complete refusal to own up to their poor workmanship should be troubling to anyone considering plumbing- If you want leaks, problems, and a refusal to own up to poor workmanship and responsibility, please use A-Keveloh Plumbing. If you want quality workmanship look elsewhere. You have been warned.

Ted just installed a new kitchen faucet and copper sink for us and did an excellent job. He was on time, personable, and knew what he was doing. In addition, he quickly made a few faucet adjustments in our bathrooms.

I highly recommend A-Keveloh, with whom I've been doing business for more than 20 years. Ted's mother, Melissa, answers the phone and is always very nice and accommodating.

I should add that the hourly rate is reasonable and a 10 percent discount is given to seniors.

One of my pipes broke on a Sunday night.
I shut the main water off. I called them first thing Monday morning. They came mid morning - right on time. He found the broken pipe right away and did a quick fix. He didn't make the problem into a big project.
I would definitely recommend and will use them again.

When we first moved to Naperville, 10 years ago, A Keveloh was recommended by our neighbors, long-time Naperville residents, and we have used him ever since.

He's installed 2 sump pumps, a new water heater, some external faucets, and explained the funky smell in our laundry room.

He's reliable, punctual, calls when he'll be late, does a nice job and cleans up before he leaves. His prices are reasonable and he usually has what he needs on his truck, even those odd European-size wrenches needed for some Kohler faucets.
