I am looking for a plumber to come take care of a leak and with seeing reviews of how awful this company is I am surprised they are allowed to stay in business. Because of their lack of good service with previous customers it truly is preventing them from new ones.

It sounds like this company just wanted to say their a business when really they should be doing it on their own home and family if that's how they wanna treat people.

Don't even bother, the office was very pleasant but the plumber was rude and unprofessional.

If I could give no stars I would. Called and spoke to a lady on the phone Friday. She was pleasant. She promised that Monday we would receive a call and a visit from AK Plumbing to fix our shower and dishwasher. (This meant no shower or dishwasher for the weekend). We agreed however and made sure someone missed a day of work on Monday to be at the apartment for the plumber. Monday comes and goes. No call, no visit, and now, out a day's pay. Called again on Tuesday to reschedule. The eh-hem, ""gentleman,"" I spoke to screamed (no word of a lie and not an ounce of hyperbole)... screamed at me when I tried to reschedule. ""I DON'T CARE YOU CALL ON FRIDAY. I DON'T CARE NO ONE COME! WHAT YOU WANT NOW?"" This was what the man said after telling me he was on vacation last week and it was not his fault that no one showed up. I was appalled by the phone manner, lack of professionalism and treatment. Help this company go under so a worthy plumbing company can have a a chance to succeed. DO NOT PATRON!!!

Called him for a job , he was difficult to deal with on the phone right from the get go. He said he completed the job but we still had a leak. He came out a second time to have a look , called me to insist there was nothing wrong and then hung up the phone on me. Don't bother calling him for anything, he is rude and difficult to work with. And now I'm stuck with a leak and out my money.

Extremely nasty on the phone and poor communication among people. I simply told the guy where I lived, which is Revere (exactly where the company is based) and told me right away ""No, no, no, good-bye"" and hung up on me. Even though they refused to come to my house, the phone exchange was enough for me to realize that NO ONE would want to do business with them anywhere.

This company is run very unprofessionally. They are rude, ignorant, and don't seem to be very skilled based on their performance. I would not recommend them to anybody as they have only caused me and my family headaches and trouble.
