This was the worst experience I've ever had with a local business! My plumbing was backing up in my front yard. I couldn't do laundry, shower or flush without a disaster. So I started calling plumbers because I know there are tree roots in the sewer line. I reached out and explained to Alan my issue and was told $350! I needed the work done and the appointment was the next day so yeah I swallowed hard and booked the appointment. I was told $125 to clear the line and $225 to take picures to see where the roots are so they can give an estimate of work to be done. So I was paying $350 for pictures, an estimate and to clear the sewer line. 3 guys show up and one guy is lowering the cutter to clear the line and after about 25 minutes he is still going. Another 25 minutes still nothing and the water has not gone down. A few minutes later they have the camera and as I am watching them feed this camera, the other guy is tapping the ipad saying he can't see anything. Someone else says maybe its the probe (whatever its called) so they switch out what seems to be batteries, not sure as I am watching this all play out from the front door. After about an hour or so I look up and they are just standing in the front yard smoking! He sees me watching them and he then verbally gives me a quote almost with a snarky smile. He then proceeds to request payment after telling me he couldn't unclog the sewer and there are no photos! But I paid $350 and STILL no plumbing and not photos! I called Alan and was told they tried so that is why I still have to pay it. And since they couldn't unclog the drain I can't get puctures either but I paid for it! I am still livid. I asked for my written quote and STILL have not gotten it! What a scam! A professional plumbing service could not unclog my sewer, couldn't provide an estimate and no pictures. I would NOT recommend this business at all.

Fantastic!!! Came out on the same day we called about a leaking valve in our yard, and fixed it... best plumbing company in the area!

Needed a a/c drain installed quickly. Wasn't an easy job due to the location of the unit. They can out quickly, knocked out the job and passed their code inspection first try. The price was fair. I will use these guys again. Communication was good also.

I would highly reccomend using A&K Plumbing.

We had an emergency situation, our toilets and shower started backing up. I was able to ascertain that the clog was between the clean-out in the yard and the street before I called A&K. When I called A&K, I talked to a very friendly women, who understood my situation and she had a crew at our house within an hour. The two man crew was also very friendly, they allowed me to watch and ask questions. They found the most bizarre thing, a 2' piece of 2x4 wood in the ventricle drop piece of pipe,at the clean-out. I was flabbergasted as to how that piece of wood was in there for 14 years and just now in 2019 that we had the blockage, Bizarre. The piece of wood caused debris to build up which caused the blockage. The crew removed the piece of wood and all was well.

I would like to thank the women who answered the phone for being personable, friendly and professional (sorry don't know her name) and also thank the crew for being the same. I was charged fairly.

Alan and his guys absolutely saved the day at our house. We had a leak and they told us exactly what we needed to do and took care of everything right away. In fact, days before we were scheduled. A very honest company, friendly, polite, and reasonable. They didn't try and sell us services or anything we don't need.
I'll be calling A&K for our water heaters and kitchen/bath renovations in the future. They can do more than a lot of plumbing companies. AAA+++

Highly recommend A & K plumbing. Alan gave me a reasonable estimate for some gas line work to my outdoor lanterns. Excellent folks working for him. They were neat and very polite.
