Unbelievable bad customer service. Called to repair our AC. Took two weeks before he could come out. We had to call him again in that time frame to get him to come out. He comes out. Barely knocks on the door and tries to leave. Have to wave him down because it took more than 5 seconds for someone to answer the door. He finally checks our AC unit. Says the compressor is broken but with our newer AC unit should be covered by warranty. Fast forward two more weeks we try contacting him about if the part has been ordered and will be replaced, and when we can expect him out again. Doesn't answer his phone and can't be bothered to let us know if he's coming out again. Absolutely horrible. We ended up calling Dixie Heating and Air. Someone was out in 4 days and the compressor was replaced within 3 weeks of us calling them. Some how A-Johns need 2 months to help us and basically gave up so we had to go through someone else that respected and communicated with us and had the job done in half the time. Worst service I've ever had. Truly terrible work ethic as well.
