I got their name from my neighbor and called them to look at a tricky job regarding a leaking condenser on the roof of a 2 story building...I also called 3 other contractors to look at it...everyone else said I needed to replace the whole system at a cost of $6500 to $7600 to do the job...
Demetri from A-Jay was the only one who was up to date on the latest equipment and recommended a unit to replace the broken one for $3200...with warranties...I went with them and they followed though with an excellent job....
Like my neighbor recommending them to me ...I will recommend them to you....

Please do not use them!!! We had an appointment set up for the morning, and we currently had no heat. They state that they can't come in the morning after we already have an appointment scheduled and they can come later in the afternoon. My husband took the whole day off of work to deal with this matter. They call MY cell phone number (which is on file) when my husband provided HIS cell phone number because he was the one home. I am in a meeting at work and when I finish I get all of these voice messages stating we aren't picking up the phone and they cannot come. The first issue is that they called the wrong phone number, the second issue is that if you stated you would come in the afternoon and someone agreed to the appointment you show up anyway. The receptionist I spoke to was very unprofessional and did not try to accommodate in any way. Basically stating it was not her problem, when she was the one who contacted the wrong number. Unfortunately, we had given them business but will not do so going forward after this incident. I am truly disappointed.

My window for my appt was 12pm-2pm--once 3pm came and I received no phone call, I had to call to find out if they were still coming. They said they were running behind and on their way. 4pm came and I had to call back, they stated they were on their way again. Finally 4:30pm someone arrived saying the they just got the phone call for this appointment 20 minutes ago. They then proceeded to charge me $125 for what ended up being 2 screws they tightened. I spoke to the owner who was extremely rude and unprofessional about the entire situation. There was very little communication from my initial call to schedule my appointment which should have been a red flag to begin with.

This past winter storm at the beginning of January 2018 was devastating. My old water heater had a water leak and it froze during the low temperatures. I called more than twelve Plummer's companies during the storm, but no one was available. Finally, I reached A- Jay, and within the hour someone was at my door, checked the old water heater, gave an estimate and said that Monday the 8th would be replaced. Early Monday as he stated, my new water heater was installed. Most impressive was the price...exactly as the company says "" affordable"". I highly recommend them in case of an emergency. They are better than good! Excellent!!!

Prompt, reasonable price, calls were answered and problem fixed. They work on flat rate which is great because many times, you end up paying for someone else's inadequacy, but not with these guys. I was 100% satisfied with their job and the price.
