He showed up, that's about all I can say. We originally wanted to get a water heater from Home Depot but he talked us into this specific water heater. He put in this new water heater that does not work. It was over a month ago. He came back multiple times. to this day I still have a water heater that does not work without my back door propped open. I've been more than patient. Extremely annoyed .

It was an unexpected morning with a pipe burst from my water heater. I called A.Jackson Ecker this morning they promptly called me back and came over the same day. He provided excellent service and was honest in his pricing unlike the other contractor who had showed up!! I would definitely refer my friends and family.

After I made the mistake of calling Horizon to look at my oil burner with is hot water on demand I learned a good lesson I will never forget. I got up for work at 03:00 am on Tuesday July 14 only to find out I had know hot water to shower. The oil pump was tripped out. I pushed the reset and it tripped again. So i turn the power off to the oil burner and left a not for my wife that we had no hot water when she would get up two hours later for work.
I left work early to meet the technician around 17:39. He was in the basement for 5 -10 minutes. He came up and said we need to replace the heater for around $10,000. He stated it is twenty years old and would probably spend around $4000 - $6000 to rebuild the pump and other miscellaneous work.

He said they could have some here Wednesday July 15 @ 09:00 to give me a estimate for a replacement and work out financing. After he left I decide to get a second opinion and call Aram Ecker who had replaced my water supply line to the house over a year ago.

Aram showed up around 08:55 to take a look at the oil burner. He disassembled the pump and other stuff and cleaned it all. He got it fired back up and running. He was here only 1 hour and 30 minutes. This cost me $225.00. I learned a good lesson today.

This guy is a joke every time I've called him he's blown me off.Does not even have enough consideration to call you!I will never try to call him again for any service if you want a professional plumber call Russo plumbing they answer there phones and come out in a timely manner with fair prices.

I had a plumbing emergency over the weekend (naturally). My main sewer line backed up (after another plumber replaced the entire thing a few years ago). Some how roots made it into my new pipes. Mr Ecker took my call right away, but was heading out of town. He came once he was back, on Sunday, as promised and cleared the line no problem. He thanked me for waiting for him. While he was here, he also rebuilt the mechanism for my toilet, which was near death. His work is professional and reasonably priced, even on a Sunday.

When I came back from a short trip away to no heat and a house at 40 degrees, I panicked. Luckily, I called Mr Ecker who had a full schedule that day, but was willing to squeeze me ( a new client) in at the end of it. He came out and immediately got to work. It was clear, our system was a disaster. He worked long and hard and got our heat working in half the time we originally anticipated. He had fixed a problem no other company had been able to fix previously. A scary situation to be in with lows in the 20s, but Mr. Ecker truly cared about us and provided us the highest quality of work at a great price in good time. I couldn't have asked for anything more. He did it all and left a lasting impression on us of what a true expert is. This man is an amazing individual who knows what he is doing.

We had Mr. Ecker come out for a foot valve, he priced out at 400 for the part and 300 for labor. Looking at him i hope he has someone else. Doing my research Mr. ECKER tried to charge us up close to 20 times the price cause the piece cost $35 at reading plumbing supplier

Best Plumber in the area. I have used Mr. Ecker for over five years now and every time I get honest work at a fair price. Mr. Ecker does a lot of work on his own, so if you have to wait for a little bit, I would suggest waiting if you want whatever issue you have to be remedied correctly.

COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Never returned my several phone calls, Over a 7 day span I made several calls and left him messages, he never got back to me, the work I needed done was in his home/business town of Pottstown. I would be a little skeptical of all his positive reviews, they seem a little fishy, considering my experience. Consider yourself warned!!!

All, beware this guy talks about running a business with integrity, however he is no better than other contracts who run the scheme. My story is the following, I saw reviews on Yelp and figured let me get service from someone who is local and small business owner. So I contacted Aram who sound friendly and willing to work with me with my problem. He told me he was unable to come out the same day because he has a few job.(Understandable) He told me he will come tomorrow however never told me a time and showed up 930am. He started the job right away without telling me and did explain what the problem was or providing me with a range for the cost. Instead he told me I can't provide quotes only once the job is complete I can tell you how it's going to be. On top of all that he takes his time and talks a lot on the phone therefore, he can bill you more. For this job, did other quotes and I learned he is not as competitive as he claims to be. So please be careful to anyone who want to go with his services.
