There's a first time for everything! My new apartment in chinatown has the absolute WORST MANAGEMENT. You pay extra$ for the elevator, a mailbox door, and doorbell that's connected to you... oh well. It is what it is...

kitchen drain had a giant hole, and after 2 no call no shows with the management, and now just no response. Yeeep. It's either 311 and risk huge rent increase next year, or DIY. as you can see I DIYed it! And it feels amazing! took care of all the headaches in les than 45 minutes including shopping.

Everyone at this shop is super friendly and helpful! They gave me a 15 minute class and sold me exactly what I needed. I really wasnt expecting so much help from any of the hardware shops. DAVID THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Going into a plumbing supply place can be intimidating when you don't know the terminology but these guys are super friendly and they don't mind helping you figure things out. Prices are fair too.
