I was having problems with main line blockage. I was charged 300 dollars and three days later I was calling him back. He guaranteed his work on line but not in person. He called and said he would return not once but three times he did a no show. Never called me back and no once returned back to rectify the problem. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

I have always had problems with plumbers but Adam is the exception. He arrived early and was ready to work. I had a clogged sink and toilet as well as a burst pipe that filled my basement (yes in Florence) with 5 feet of water. One plumber refused to fix the clog in the pedestal sink saying it was too difficult. I already had had a plumber look at the toilet and he didn't resolve the problem. Adam, without hesitation, delved into my plumbing problems resolving each one quickly. Additionally, he pumped the five feet of water from the basement. Adam will be my go to plumber for problems in the future.
