It's been over a week since A & J Plumbing installed a new water heater for us, and we just wanted to say thank you for the very nice job they did. They worked on it all day and met all our requests as far as spacing and such. They also surprised us with the metal covered base - they made it to match the A/C base (in the same area), which was totally unexpected. As per their suggestion, we have gotten threshold sweeps installed under both doors and the weather stripping installed after new paint dried, to inhibit air currents in the area, so the pilot light will be more secure. While the intention for this was safety, the unexpected benefit is that the A/C is now quieter from the rest of the house. Many thanks again, A & J Plumbing, for the great work. We are permanent customers and know we are in good hands.

The folks are wonderful. Very responsive and helpful. They are busy, which tells you a lot. We had a weird shower valve from Europe that needed replacing. They told us what we needed, we ordered it, and they installed it perfectly.

We had a gas leak and the gas company shut off our gas. Middle of December. It was cold. We called A&J and even though they were busy, they got over to us quickly and took care of our problem. The amount they charged was VERY reasonable. I have some rental properties and over the years, I've dealt with a lot of plumbers. They're a strange breed. But A&J was terrific. Don't fool around with any of those other guys, give A&J a call. You'll be glad you did.

This is by far the best Plumbing Service in the Desert!! I have lived here for 15 years and have had multiple plumbers at my home. Many were late, work was sloppy and/or very expensive for what I had done in the house. Then I found John ... what a relief to have an honest, great person who really cares about his work.

Just one example: John changed out my water filtering connection in my house (I'm a cancer survivor and use filtered water). This was one among many little things he did that day for me. He had to leave to get another part for my sink (turned out I needed a faucet replaced in kitchen ... my choice to replace instead or try to repair it) ... during that time he went to 3 different stores to get the proper adapter for my filtering system ... I had an adapter from the water filtering company for replacement, but he knew sometimes they didn't work with certain faucets (he was correct, when he put the one I had purchased ... it leaked ... so he proceeded to put on another type that worked great). For the extra ""shopping"" he had to do ... there was no extra charge from his quoted price. He just wanted it to be right.

He has also totally re-plumbed my entire house, plumbed a bathroom remodel and performed many other services. Whether it's a total remodel or a stopped up sink ... you'll get excellent service!!

I have to add my name to the ever growing list of extremely satisfied customers. I have owned my home for over 20 years and have gone through many negative experiences with plumbers. John replaced my sprinkler control and by the time he left, I was informed of what to expect throughout my house. His charge reasonable and his expertise, beyond reproach. I will continue to use A & J and and it's a relief to find someone that is so reliable!

These guys are the best...professional, show up when they say they will, reasonable rates, clean up after themselves, back up their work, don't laugh at me when I call them to fix my home repairs, explain what needs to be done now, what needs to be looked after as potential trouble down the line...(my house is over 50 years old and has original plumbing in it for the most part..) I wont call anyone else!
