If I could give less than a star I would. I installed a HVAC with AJ Perry about four years ago and every single year I have had an issue. either the heat doesn't work on the AC doesn't work and they been out to look at it several times. I've been in touch with the quality assurance people telling them how unhappy and they still can't justify replacing the unit when I've had a problem every single year I have a 90-year-old in my home she can't be subject to these extreme temperatures like that. Never never never use them please avoid the paint I'm going through never use them.

Do not even think of using these people! I had a horrible experience with them recently. I had setup an appointment window from 2-4 and took off work to ensure I would be there in time. I waited and waited and finally at 4:30 I called to make sure the guy was still coming (was told yes). 5, no one, 6, no one. Finally at 6:30 I called one more time and was assured the tech got stuck in traffic but was on his way. As you can imagine, it was all a lie. No one ever showed and I was never called to offer an apology. If they would have been honest with me it would never have been an issue but when you lie to your customer's face and let me spend hours upon hours waiting for no reason then I say your business has no scruples. I recommend you look elsewhere for your HVAC needs.

Kudos to whoever is running this company. I would say don't change a thing.

Twice I utilized the services of AJ Perri. Both occasions happened to be right before a major holiday weekend.

The level of customer service that AJ Perri exhibits starting at their call center to their technicians is beyond outstanding.

The technicians I encountered were honest and seemed dedicated to solving my problems.

Also, the call center let me know about and applied current promotions to my service without my asking.

Called because I had a $25 discount card and a simple need. I would give them 5 stars for this experience. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was courteous and professional, the price was surprisingly very reasonable, and when the work was actually done the technician Keith was pleasant, skilled, and warned me of additional work I would probably need and the cost of it before he started (I ended up not needing it). Now the work is guaranteed for a year. I was also happy that Keith added in a 10% first responder discount for me.

However, 3 stars. One, I was not told this discount was a thing by ANYONE but him (was only asked about senior citizen and military over the phone), and only got it because I was luckily wearing an EMS T-shirt.

Second: When setting up the appointment, I told them I would not be home until 4pm so we set up a 4-6pm time slot. The day of, I got a phone call at 9:40am asking if I wanted them to come between 12-2pm instead. I told them I was not going to be home and they said they would keep my 4-6pm. At 1:07 and 1:20pm (I missed the first call), I got two more calls asking again if they could come out now. Again I told them I wasn't home and they said no problem.

At 2:48pm, I got a fourth phone call that a technician would be at my house between 3:45 and 4pm. AGAIN, I said I would not be home. My boyfriend was, but he is not the homeowner and would not sign the required waiver. So the poor guy, who actually showed up at 3:35pm, waited in the truck for almost 40 minutes til I got home. I was pretty furious with this. If I hadn't had a doctor's appointment it would've been fine, but when I warn you several times, it's ridiculous.

No wonder their prices are so high! They're paying phone operators with lack of communication and paid the technician who worked on my house extra to sit there for an hour.

Overall, satisfied with the work, not with the company overall. Would've been great if my time constraint was respected after the first phone call and if the first responder discount had been offered.

The only problem I had was the U clean out trap under the kitchen
sink was leaking. Called the company from a flier I received in the mail.
I am a licensed electrician in business for 35yrs. So I know what things
should cost.
The guy they sent spent ten minutes under the sink and replaced a $5.
pvc u joint. He charged me $258. and spent 45 minutes sitting in his truck, in my driveway, doing god knows what. Never again.
I always tried to be fair with my customers and depended on repeat
business. I do not know how this company can rip people off and stay
in business.

Amazing.... needed to have a kitchen faucet replaced in a rental condo. They came out and gave two quotes, one for $964 and a second for $1,117. Are you kidding me????? I wound up going to Home Depot, bought the same Kohler faucet they were recommending for $119, and installed it myself in under an hour and saved myself $850. NEVER CALL THEM, TOTAL RIPOFF......

I give 1 star only because 0 wasn't an option. What a rip off. I got 3 estimates for replacing both the outside ac condenser and attic unit for my elderly parents. AJ Perry estimate 13,457.00. Which included all kinds of discounts! senior citizen 5% plus 250. Rebate from company and others (which I can't remember because it was all nonsense)! I actually got the job done within 48 hours for 6750.
Exact same job that AJ was doing!! Same everything! What a joke!!! I understand how companies estimates vary but DOUBLE! No Thank you.

Service on our sink on May 6, 2019 was on time, very clean and neat and very nice. He did a good job. The only difficulty I had with the service was the price. To replace a 1 1/2 inch dishwasher tail pipe for $358.00 was excessive.

I cannot rave more about my experience with AJ Perri this weekend. I was preparing for a holiday meal at midnight on a Thursday evening and overdoing it on the compacter in the sink (which I now know). There was water on the floor in my kitchen and leaking into the basement. I was expecting 15 people for dinner on both Friday and Saturday nights, including 6 house guests sleeping over each night. This was an emergency!

So I googled 24/7 plumbing emergency and up came AJ Perri. I called them and was quickly on the phone with Christoper, who spent almost an hour talking to me and looking at mobile photos, guiding me where to reach up into the sink and helped me determine that we would actually need a drain tech and that things were under control for the night. He was positive, helpful, extremely knowledgeable and upbeat - at 2AM! AJ Perri was in touch first thing in the morning and Anthony arrived at my home at 10AM. He meticulously performed diagnostics to determine that things were actually ok.

We do need to have some of the piping updated in the near future, but we were ok to proceed with the holiday dinners and house guests with working plumbing! I will certainly call AJ Perri soon for the piping adjustments and they will always be my go to for plumbing issues in the future. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND.

I was disappointed with the service I received on March 31, 2019. The technician could not find the source of the mold smell and could only suggest that I keep the AC running for a few days to see if it eventually goes away. I am more upset with being duped into paying for BioClean when I did not want it. I am confident that the company encourages the technician to sell this product and likely teaches how to sneak it in the sale. I never asked about it, never wanted it, and yet the tech was adamant that he show me how the product worked and that I keep it on hand. I was only trying to appease him and get him out so that I could go back to my family. I later realized that the invoice included a charge for $55 for the product. I am disappointed with AJ Perri. I wanted a solution to my problem and instead I was duped into a purchase and left no better off.
