Very poor customer service!!! AJ Bono was called to our house on Oct 13, 2015 (through AHS Home Warranty) to repair a leaking washing machine water valve in the laundry room. We were not aware that they had cracked a nut during the process of replacing the valve. Well, the cracked nut finally sprung a leak yesterday (Nov 12, 2015) and sprayed water all over the laundry room. The only way we could stop the leak was to turn the water off to the house! We have two small children so we definitely cannot be without water for long. We called AJ Bono and explained the urgency of the situation. They said they could not send someone out until Thursday of next week! WHAT??? They caused the problem and expect us to be without water for a week??? They have no concept of what customer service is about and certainly do not take responsibility for their screw-ups. Steer clear of them!

AJ Bono is awesome! Especially Ignacio, he came to our home at 6:00pm and was ready to work. He is diligent and knowledgeable! I trusted his judgement and appreciated him diagnosis a leak that a previous plumbing company failed to find. Ignacio is awesome!!

A J Bono was called to our house by Fidelity Home Warranty for a leaking gas line. Felipe and Diego showed up early, they were friendly and provided a reasonable estimate for the work. They contacted the home warranty to get authorization for the work.

I have nothing bad to say about A J Bono Plumbing.

Well I had to write a positive review because I just had great service from Gildardoand his helper. Not only did they call beforehand they were able to come b4 their expected time. Both men shook my hand before entering. My kitchen valve was fixed in no time at all. I believe if more people posted their posting experiences. They'd have a better rating. Will definitely take them if offered from old republic next time I have a plumbing problem.

RAFAEL from AJ Bono Plumbing fixed 2 toilets' non-fushing problems (1st time) and replaced 1 with a new bowl on the 2nd visit - July 16, 2015. Rafael is an expert plumber, has professional manners and EXCELLENT customer service skills!!! He arrived on-time on both visits, successfully resolved the issues on two toilets and was very neat!

Originally, Fidelity warranty sent Judieh Plumbing 2 weeks ago but, Louis (plumber) jammed a huge metal to snake a bowl. It damaged and SCRATCHED the inside toilet bowl and water still settled inside the bowl while flushing very slow. Louis was very RUDE, unprofessional, lacked knowledge & expertise, and walked off the job without completion.

Multiple complaints to Fidelity warranty resulted in AJ Bono Plumbing completing the job. We are very satisfied with RAFAEL's trouble resolution skills and will recommend his service. Hope he continues to deliver quality service.

I gave them one star but only because its not possible to give 0 or negative stars.

Like everyone else we were connected with AJ Bono through our home warranty company. We had to have PGE come out because we had a gas leak in our garage, they found that our water heater had a leaky control valve, so they capped the gas coming into the water heater and told us to call a plumber to get the valve replaced.

So AJ Bono comes out and I give them the PG&E report. The guy comes back 10 min later and says that there is no leak that everything is working fine. I told him that like the report says the control valve needs to be replaced. They go to the store to get parts, come back tinker a little bit and tell my wife the water heater is broken and needs to be replaced. No idea how it went from everything working fine one min to needs be replaced the next but I digress. They also told my wife that to install a new water heater they would be forced to makes changes to get it up to code which the warranty won't cover. My wife says ok and they schedule to come back in two days to replace the water heater.

So the next day I go into the garage and smell gas again so I call PG&E. The PG&E guy comes out and finds that AJ Bono didn't actually replace the control value, instead they just replaced the input hose to the control value but connected that new hose to the same he same leaky control value and then left the gas running to it. The PG&E guy also said we don't need a new water heater, that everything on the water heater is working fine but the control value needs to be replaced. Not only did they try to scam us into replacing a water heater that didn't need to be replaced but they put my family in danger by not putting the cap back on the original gas leak and reattaching something that was known to leak.

I filed a complaint with the BBB, I suggest anyone who reads this that has has a similar experience should do the same. For anyone who has AJ Bono coming to do work on their plumbing, do yourself a favor, call you home insurance company and ask them to send someone else.

Horrible service been out twice to our property and our plumbing problem still is present! The stated their work is covered for 30 Days which is not true don't use this plumbing scam of a company

The lady called and said the guy will be there around 12 and he will call you 10 mins before he arrives here he comes at 4 o'clock calling me THIS IS THE PLUMMER WHY ARENT YOU HOME I WILL NOT WAIT IAM LEAVING, and he said that the lady who told me that they will call is stupid !!! so unprofessional . they lady over the phone was really nice . and his name was Alex

This was the 2nd company that my home warranty put me in touch with! The first was a customer service nightmare! This wasn't much better! Just under $800 was not covered by our warranty. Most of that was to ""bring it to code"". That's code for: ripping you off! But the worse part was that it took the technician over 5 hours to complete the work! Ridiculous!!

Yep, another home warranty assignment very bad taste story. The technician wasn't trustworthy, tried to lead me to a solution that would cost and extra $300 and then didn't do what he said would do (reduced the scope of the work). Made multiple commitments to return follow through and DIDN'T. When people showed up it was mentioned this is extra. Spoke with the supervisor who questioned me, why do you think he said that it was free? ""I've never seen that before"" kind of response. After nine calls in total to get the job done it was insult after injury. Technically, they can get the job done and do it well, but the lies, attitude and business practices make it a miserable business transaction.

I ended up paying extra to end this horrific business experience. Hope you enjoy my money: it's the last you will ever see.....
