Truly one of the best companies I have ever worked with since being in S FL! Professional, timely and correctly completed without issue! Found out the under sink shutoff valves didn't work so he had to come back out. Two days later, when building scheduled line shutoff, he replaced both shutoff valves and the sink's faucet, confirmed with us all was done as needed. Reasonable pricing and scheduling was a breeze!! Would highly recommend A & I Plumbing for any plumbing need.

We had them come out to fix a leaking outside water fixture. It had been leaking for a while. We called and Nancy was very helpful and quick with scheduling an appointment (same day) .My husband sent a photo of outside faucet. Repair man came before the scheduled time with all the supplies needed. He was quick ,clean and polite. A few weeks later we called to replace the kitchen faucet. Again scheduled quickly. We requested Saturday. It was 8:25 am and the repair guy was here. It took about an hour to replace the faucet (it was leaking bad and had rusted underneath) and he also adjusted the pipe that was not draining completely. He was very nice,clean and polite. We paid $125 an hour and after doing much research this is a very good price for a good reliable company. We Will use them if needed in the future.

Horrible service! I called to have a plumber come and see whats exactly wrong with a plumbing problem i have in my kitchen....Instead of coming and charging me which i would have happily been willing to pay. He told me to get a home inspection and """"then call back to have an intelligent conversation"""". I did not appreciate the rude commentary and lack of due diligence to actually doing his job with checking and solving a problem. As a civilian who didnt get a certification in plumbing services..how in the heck would i know whats wrong with the plumbing. I absolutely would not recommend to contact this company.

Terrible owner or manager. He lied about the price and invoiced double what he quoted to change the faucet $500. Then when I asked why and that's not what he quoted he said """"I don't work with f!@#$%kers like you. Lose this number."""" and hung up. Unprofessional and rude. Beware!

Horrible company! Overcharged me to do diagnostic and overcharged me o NOT fix anything. The problem was still there 2 month later and got worse so they did not fix anything. They are in the business to make money and not fix plumbing issues. The owner said to me to take him to small claims court and hung up the phone. My recommendation for future customers to stay away from A&I plumbing interprises because they do bad work only care about overcharging not responsible or reliable company.
