Spoke to a nice guy about the blue bathroom shower/ leaks. He was really nice, but then said he'd have to go back to the office to do an estimate. Called once a week later and no response. Called again over two weeks after that and spoke with a man who said he was (either) an owner or manager. I explained that I had two of his employees come out to my house but hadn't received an estimate. Well, he was not really rude, but he went off on how they were working and working ""every day of the week "" and he had seen the guy who came out to the house working on estimate and again they never had a day off all they did was work.. and etc. Since I was a potential customer (for a very expensive job) I was just taken aback at complaints about too much work when there are millions out of work. I remember thinking that he should hire more people! Also to bitch to a potential customer?? Bad business practice. I decided to wait until they called me as I had called back twice. After all, I then said (to myself) that I'm not going to chase someone so I can give you tons of money. I never got a quote or was contacted.

Great service. Came in and installed a hot water heater for us and came back to check on it a few days later on the way to a family party. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He is in demand in the area so it may take a little for them to get back to you. Call- don't email for quickest response.
