Our base boards in one room were not getting hot (on the coldest day of the year). I wasn't too worried as the rest of house was fine. I called A&H, local. And they were so responsive. They had a guy here in 20 minutes and he temporarily fixed it. We still need a part that they need to order but heat working perfectly. They even negotiated price (a little : ). So far, an excellent experience.

We called them when our AC stopped working and they came within an hour. Didn't take them long to fix the problem now everything is working great! We are so happy we called them. We had also called a few other companies before we got in contact with A&H and the other companies either said they were coming and never showed up or said they could come in 2 weeks. You won't regret calling this company!!

We came back from vacation finding a cold house since the heater stopped running. I called A&H and Andre came out to try to solve the issue. At first it seemed to be an issue of doing some cleaning. Unfortunately, that did not help, and A&H were really responsive and came to install some new parts. When that did not solve the issue, Andre and his team really took responsibility and came back to do another thorough investigation to try to find the main issue. Andre and his team really take the time to explain what they are doing. The issue got fixed to great satisfaction. Andre and his team are not only very knowledgeable, honest and customer-friendly, but they are just nice guys! I can wholeheartedly recommend this company and will definitely call on them in the future, if needed.

This is my first time using this company as we had never had AC issues prior. Christina is very pleasant on the phone , she is the wife of the owner who came and did our assessment personally , he was very nice and although he did inform us our Freon was empty he did not have the nitrogen tank to assess for a leak. He was very flexible and made a service appointment for us the following Monday.
The technicians came out and were courteous and respectful. They double checked the wrk on each other and found no leak but a faulty valve the size of a sewing needle and replaced both, they also offered affordable Freon replacement.
In summary the staff and owner are very pleasant to work with and also are very informative every step of the way in regards to what's going on with the diagnostic and repair options pending what's found... will def use them for my future ( if any) repair needs !

This morning we found that our furnace stopped working & we used Andre 's services. He was able to fix our problem in an hour or so. He needed a special tool & he was nice enough to go & get it from a local hardware store. Once he had that he cleaned the pipe & the heat was restored. Thanks Andre.

We do like to support local businesses & he is in Boonton NJ.

This company is operated by some honest people. They are helpful and serviced my air conditioner and were on time or if they ran late they updated me. I had no problems with this company. Will use them again.

I called and spoke with a very nice girl on the phone about my situation. She kept me on the phone while she called the repairman to see if he could get here that day. He said he'd here in about an hour. But he got here in less than an hour. He was really kind and fixed the problem.

Buyer Beware... don't use this service. These guys are crooks. Andre sent one of his representatives immediately to assess an A/C issue that I had but then was unresponsive for over 2 months and ultimately tried to charge my home warranty company without even setting foot on my property to fix the issue. Upon calling several times - he gave me bogus reasons for stalling. Yet another Con in the HVAC business!

Last week when our HVAC stopped working we called 3 companies to come out and give us a quote. A&H was our last appointment and boy am I glad we found him. We met on my lunch hour and he spent time looking over our unit to determine if we even needed one. After his assessment it was determined that we did in fact need a new unit. He gave us 2 choices and explained the pro's and con's of each. At no time did he push us to buy the most expensive one. His crew showed up on time and took there time on the installation. They made sure all area's of the house was covered so no damage was done during the install.
I found Andre to be very honest and knowledgeable. He took his time to answer all of my questions. Can't say enough about his crew. Both gentleman were professional and polite.
I would highly recommend A&H for your Heating and HVAC needs.

Andre of A and H Mechanical is honest and excellent at what he does. I have hired him on multiple occasions and always found him to be awesome....fairly priced and extremely competent.
