We realized our water heater was going out this morning around 7:00AM. I called A & H at 7:30, a tech was at our house by 8:30 and a new water heater installed by 10:00AM!
This company has serviced our HVAC system for 12 years and the techs are always super nice. Great service today as always!

Awesome service! We had some issues with our newly installed heating system mainly due to the structure of our old building. It took them a few days to figure out what was wrong and resolve the issues. The general manager, Mike Horn, stopped by our restaurant and apologized for the inconvenience caused by the heaters not working properly. He did not leave until he made sure everything was working fine. We definitely recommend A & H.

Follow-up review. After continuing service with them another four years we finally got the news we were anticipating for awhile. The central heating and air conditioning units that were in the house when we moved in before out 22 yr. old daughter was born were headed for replacement. Cheaper to do both at once and today was the day.

Cha-ching. That kind of equipment and installation is pricey. You know that, I know that.

Guys arrive at 7:30 a.m., are out of the house by 4:30 p.m. (my wife even made lunch for them) and everything installed including a walk-through to show us the new gear, and... wow, immediately, the heater is running less, running quieter, better moisture in the air. We're more comfortable, win-win. We are really happy. Installation looks like a million bucks and we are set for a long time now. Amazing how this company continues to really impress us.

Sure, go ahead and use Yelp to review that espresso shop for the 500th time. Never know when that might be critical, but a business like this and less than a handful off reviews? That's just sad. Take a good look at this one. These folks kill it with superior service.

A keeper. I recently moved into an older home with a somewhat recently installed furnace. The furnace had a bad exhaust fan so I called another company who came out and inspected it. After charging almost $80 for the inspection they tell me they don't have the part to fix it. So I called A&H. The tech suggested that I contact the manufacturer to see if there was a warranty on the furnace and the company indicated the furnace was out of warranty.

A&H, on their own contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and pointed out that based on their records the furnace should still be under warranty!! I ended up only paying for labor which I was glad to pay since the tech was a 1st-rate professional. Not only that but A&H helped transfer the warranty from the original owner to my name.

Blown away!
