I called them to come out and see why I didn't have any water. I'm on a well system. To make a long story short, two guys came to my house, replaced my well pump, electrical components, and everything else that goes along with it. The problem: a gopher had ate through my electrical line that was in the ground. It took them almost all day to figure this out. Total cost: $1600! Now, it gets better. They put new wire from the well pump and draped it into my basement through a window and over to the electric box. It was my problem to get it dug and replaced, which I understand. But to charge me $1600 for them to take all day to troubleshoot my no water problem and then to start replacing items that they through was bad. My previous well pump was only 2 years old and he said that there must have been a problem with that too. First and only time I ever used these people. If you have extra money to throw away, please call them.

We had them install a pump in our new well. Well, turns out they did not purge the system once they installed the pump (which every plumber we've talked to says that's plumbing 101) and we got all sorts of crud and silt in all of our sinks and showers and everywhere else as well as in our water tank and reverse osmosis system. Well, we called Karen, the owner, and she refused to admit any blame or fault and refused to even do anything to help us out until someone was available (which would have been 3 days later), blaming the well or the pipes to the house. So we got another plumber to come out and help us that same day and they purged the well like should have been done already and flushed the water tanks and cleaned out our screens and filters. Anyways, this is some of the worst customer service I've ever had and I would not recommend them. I should have read the hidden reviews before I hired them.

Be careful!! A Good Plumber charged me $250 for cleaning roots out of my sewer pipes, then he came back a few days later when my pipe was still clogged and said he was going to charge me another $250+ because he wrote on the earlier receipt ""no warranty"". I sent him away and called a different plumber.

I had a terrible experience with the owner of this business. She was rude, unprofessional and not willing to listen to a concern I had once the plumber they sent out left my home. It would have been a completely different experience if she would have just taken the time to listen and was somewhat sympathic to my concern. I will never use this plumber again. I would rather spend a little more money and know I will be dealing with professionals. Good Luck if you chose this plumber.

Came home last night and didn't have water in the house. Believed the well submersible pump was bad. Called ""A Good Plumber' from the yellow pages because that's what I needed! LIL
An hour later He called and said he was on the way. We found out that my pump line had come loose and was hanging in the well. This was a good thing and I didn't have to replace the pump just the piping and wiring. Instead of $1200 bill it ended only being $419 for which was a good thing.
He also measured my well and gave me all the info if and when I do need to replace the pump. I was very happy with the quick service and the professional serviced Dale delivered with his 30 years of experience.
