Agustin Garcia, proprietor of AG Quality Plumbing, is as good as they come, and better. Honesty, integrity and professional pride with expert skill set are hard to find especially at a fair price. That's how I would characterize Agustin, who is also low key, friendly and grounded. He does what he says. Our home is nearly 100 years old in the Richmond district and the galvanized pipes were severely rusted in need of urgent re-piping. In fact, a leak had sprung 3 months earlier, prompting us to act and stop procrastinating. After obtaining 6 bids, and evaluating their approach, experience and cost, I settled on AGQ, because I found most of the other bids required more demolition to expose the pipes, which added to the total cost. Agustin and his brother, Pedro, were neat, efficient, and drawing upon their years of vast experience with residential and commercial plumbing, they completed the job like two seasoned surgeons. Each day, they cleaned off the tarps and canvases, then relaid them before work the following day. That added bit of conscientiousness and consideration is also reflected upon the way they approach the plumbing job. The complex job was completed smoothly like clockwork, and they even repaired a pipe that was previously soldered faultily by another plumber. It was indeed a pleasure to know such fine professionals who distinguish themselves a cut way above all the competitors. I have absolutely no hesitation to recommend AG Quality Plumbing, and this is a rare opportunity for me to rave, since based on my past experience and that of others, finding good reliable people in the trades in not easy.
