I called A and G on a Sunday because we had a leak in our water pipe system which resulted in no water pressure and a ruined water heater coil. Doug came out in one hour and fixed everything. Kudos to him and A and G for great fast service. Doug said all of the copper piping until our beach house needed replacement so we signed up with A and G for this. Not so good. Doug did not answer several calls from our carpenter to coordinate the removal and replacement of plywood under the house. He called me to complain that the carpenter failed to do his job and that his workmen had to do it. They left plumbing material and insulation all over the yard which took half a day to clean up and haul away. They let rodents into the house and a company had to be summoned for emergency rodent removal as tenants were scheduled to move in. I called the company to complain. The receptionist was very friendly but the Director, Allen, did not speak with me. She said Walter would call me tomorrow but tomorrow never came. I warned her that if I did not get satisfaction I would post a review-- and here it is. Do not use this company.

Called A&G twice on a weekend for emergency service for two separate Major leaks on two consecutive Nights. They were out within an hour on a weekend! They are the plumbing company I will call!

I called to set up a time to have work done in a bathroom that was having the tub/shower turned into a tiled shower. I was told Allen, the owner, would call me back to set up an appointment, but nothing after 4 days. I called back after the second day and was told by the receptionist that she would discuss my list with service and construction, and the correct side would call me back. Still waiting...

Due to an after hours emergency, I called A&G! I received a call from the technician very quickly. He had 2 other emergencies ahead of me but assured me he would be at my house as soon as he could!!! Richie arrived, evaluated the situation and helped me figure out a fix. Being 5 hours away, I was very grateful with his response and willingness to keep me updated on his progress. I highly recommend this company. All the staff I have spoken to are very nice and friendly!!
