Even though I had the fixtures in hand but not all the parts ... WOW ... a tiny wait for an appt, on time, spent little time and impressive quality work. First plumbing event that took so little time & money!

Also know they are top pick for new residential builds in Aggieland for decades.

I have had them out for several jobs in our 80 year home. They have installed new toilets, replaced a kitchen faucet and fixed our shower when the shower part would not turn off. I will continue to use them for other projects we will have.

I gave them one star only because there is no way to give anything less. This is a very non-professional company whose primary interest is getting your money and not customer service. They installed a tankless water heater for us several years ago and we have had nothing but problems. In my educated estimation, 90% of the problem has been the incompetence of the personnel who have come out to fix issues we have had. I have spent nearly $1000 on repairs only to had the same problem after they leave. The latest issue was a cracked elbow in the unit. We were without hot water for a month while we waited for them to get the $11 part. We finally got fed up with AG Plumbing and contacted the manufacturer directly had had the part shipped overnight. AG installed it, but less than a month later we had water spraying from the unit. They refused to come out saying we had not paid the last bill, but no bill was ever received which I assumed was done because of the inconvenience they put us through of being unable to properly order the part and get it installed. I checked the unit and found that they had not installed the part properly. The clamp that holds the fitting in place was not installed correctly. It was a 5-minute fix since there were no issues with the part, just the incompetence of the supposed professional personnel. Once the unit was dried out it works perfectly. They will never be allowed on my property again and they can forget about being paid if they have the audacity to send a bill. There are good plumbing companies in the area, this is NOT one of them.

People should know that you guys dont fix the leak. I was very clear when I called that my shower was leaking, they sent someone out who tested the shower then told me "we dont fix the leak, only try to identify it."

I was charged 85 dollars and told to call someone else. I called another plumbing company who is recaulking the shower now for 85 dollars.


The AG plumber guy was cool, but their visit was completely pointless.
