Really great experience working with two different crews from A & G Plumbing. They were professional, called before they came, knowledgeable and took care of the problems. The office was helpful and their billing systems was easy. I also recommend them to another Realtor to help with a bid for a home that I was selling. Their estimate was nicely typed out, very thorough along with pricing. It's what you would expect but I work with a lot of plumbing companies and most times it is not this clear and easy to understand their bids and some are just verbal. I highly recommend them and I like that they are local company with 30 plus years in our community.

Had 2 toilets overhauled. Parts totaled around $60 and labor was $300 + for less than an hour. One toilet leaks because I was told that the toilet flush valve was unavailable. I later found it on Amazon. Charged $90 to tighten shower handle. Took less then 5 minutes. $463 dollars later my one toilet still leaks.

I will tell you about the experience we had with A & G: In summary, instead of having the knowledge or experience of realizing a valve was broken shut, they decided to replace a circulating pump with commercial grade intended for a 100+ units (we have only 26). In the course of a few years, this has led to 6 slab leaks and over a handful of pinhole leaks in our community. I am not sure if the company was just negligent, lazy or inexperienced (or all of the above) but they are lucky we are not suing them for this. You can see how the piping has been wearing thin from all the friction the larger pump was creating. A more experienced plumbing company came in and took the time to solve the real issue. Several plumbers also cautioned us about the larger pump as well.

Thank you Juan from A&G plumbing! He was a lifesaver when our oven couldn't be installed due to an old rusted pipe. He was there within the hour and went right to work. He walked us through the issue and showed us our old rusted pipe, explaining it very well. That's something you don't find everywhere these days. He was humble and respectful and went the extra mile. Outstanding service from initial call to scheduling. Amy was fantastic over the phone and great to work with. Got me scheduled within the week to do my two sinks and replace the faucets. Showed up within the two hour time frame they had me on. Professional service in and out within an hour and a half, they beat the rates the other plumber had quoted me and never even showed up to do the job!

Professional and knowledgeable, but probably one of the most expensive plumbing companies I have ever encountered. I have owned and managed apartment buildings for over 20 years and never seen retail prices like this.

If you are going to employee A&G, please ensure you agree upon the prices before you have them start working on your property. You will get excellent service but prepare to pay an exhorbitant price tag...

My downstairs toilet in my rental property began leaking on Friday night. I called my regular plumber who said he would be there to check it out Saturday morning. Tenant called me Saturday late afternoon to say my plumber hadn't shown up, so I called A&G because tenant is unable to use stairs and relies on the downstairs bathroom. A&G business line referred me to a cell phone for immediate help. I was in bad coverage area so texted the cell phone and asked if they could go take a look and fix whatever it was. They answered my text right away and said they would go over and check out. I asked how long, and they responded they were about 2 minutes away. Yay!! Their plumber (Ruben, I think) diagnosed it as needing a new seal and must have had it on his vehicle because he fixed it on the spot! Tenant told me later that plumber was very professional and cleaned up the area very nicely before leaving. A&G will be my go-to plumbers from now on. Reliability and speed are very important when you have tenants who count on you to keep things working.
