Amy is so rude. She answers the phones. I was told they would be coming over Monday. Waited all day. No call, no show. I called Tuesday to ask if they were coming out that day and she said well you're on the list so yeah at some time today. Well was anyone going to tell me they planned to come out? She was rude and I'd rather use another company that talks to their customers with respect.

A&G San Clemente. I have used them a couple times for different projects(shower valve replace, kitchen faucet replace), and both times I have been very happy. They are priced fair, show up on time, and knowledgeable. Their customer service team is awesome too! Number one choice for me.

What great service I received from A&G Plumbing. I am a realtor and my client asked for a sewer inspection prior to removing contingencies. A&G (Amy) got right back to me and scheduled a technician that day! He arrived on time and was prepared for the inspection. Luis was soft spoken, explained everything to me and my client, was very knowledgeable, conducted the inspection and even removed a ""foreign object"" from the sewer line. He was not in a hurry; Luis took his time and covered/inspected all the sewer lines (tees) that he could. He was very honest and hard working. He also gave my client peace of mind prior to removing all contingencies.

I appreciate A&G and I will call them the next time I have a plumbing issue.

Armando was working on my niece apartament and he decided it was okay to take an item from her apartment she had to ask him to returned and still manage to destroy items ! A sorry is not enough this company is horrible and can't be trusted !

Don't trust this company they not only did a horrible job but, tried to take items and had a stupid excused when asked to returned the items. Horrible company !

Do not use this company. They quoted me a price to complete a plumbing job in my home, and when I received the bill the amount was TRIPLE what they quoted me. Of course, they now deny this. In addition, one year ago we needed the identical repair of a different toilet in our home, which was completed by a different plumbing company. That invoice was $500 LESS for the exact same work.

My advice: always ask for a quote in writing, and NEVER call A & G Plumbing.

worst most unprofessional people these people sent to my house. ima leave this plane and simple by just saying. they tried to steal a valuable little music box i was given to by a aunt that she bought from a different country. i heard them playing with it when i was in my living room. i gave them the benefit of the doubt and didn't get mad and hoped they where just looking at it. when they where packing up to leave i went to my room where i keep valuable collectibles that i buy from different places i visited (i'm a traveler) i see the music box is missing i ask one of the guys if they have seen it (knowing i heard them playing with it) he says let me ask my partner if he has the thing he thought was cool earlier and was looking at. he pulls it out his pocket and hand it to me. fucken hands it to me with no fucken shame not to mention thousands of dollar dmages to my moms room to collectible italian porcelain/ceramic dolls.
