Not good. They do the absolute bare minimum, don't tackle the root cause of the plumbing disruption, and overcharge. Had to call a separate plumber who actually fixed the problem.

Joe is a nice enough dude, however he over charges and charges for items he does not due. Is works for the insurance companies however he charges the customer almost as much as if we did not have insurance. gouging customers is not a good way to do business. I was very disappointed when it came time to pay the bill due to the false charges and the over charging going on. get a quote up front and make him explain the prices. water lines do not cost $90. using the existing flue does not cost $45.. charged $90 for a $30 pan. I will be contacting BBB and anyone else I can. He was dishonest from the start. took over a month to contact me and lied about trying to contact me. caught him sitting down the road while I waited for him. Charge correctly and be honest, that is how you do business. I would never recommend him to anyone.

It takes them a week to return your calls. In the meantime you have water
standing in your garage and have no hot water. Just a phone call would be
nice....and professional!

My husband has stage 4 cancer and advanced PPMS (he has no immune system.) When A.G. Plumbing came, my husband asked him to wear a mask inside. He told my husband he would not wear a mask and if he was concerned, he could stand outside. (It is 46 degrees and rainy.) Basically, he just told terminally ill cancer and MS patient to just stand outside in the weather. My husband got upset and the guy walked off the job laughing. The whole interchange is on camera. We waited three days for this appointment and now two days before Christmas we were left without service because we asked him to wear a mask.

Have had to use these guys several times for different apartments in our complex. They seem to be the go to plumbers for our home warranty company, but unfortunately they do not have any oversight by Fidelity. Despite Fidelity promising that once a company is dispatched they must contact you within 2 business days. I can say with certainty that the last 3 times I have used them it has been more than 7 business days each time before I finally called and spend multiple days trying to get someone to answer, as they do not have a answering machine. Usually scheduled out at least 2 weeks when you do talk to them. NOT worth the wait or headache.

I have had to rely on A.G. plumbing for continual toilet plumbing issues. They never get back right away. My home warranty company (Fidelity) keeps using them, I'm not sure why. After waiting for a call back since 10 am, I finally get a call from A.G. Plumbing at 5:05 pm on Thurs. 24th June. They tell me they are busy and won't be able to come out until Monday 28th June. Monday!....a 3 star plumbing company....not even top 10! Standard plumbing is still a necessity. Am I being unreasonable? Please let me know.

Used these guys through a home warranty on a garbage disposal. There was a piece of plastic stuck in it apparently. They were in and out in 5 minutes. They get 4 stars instead of 5 because they lack in communication somewhat. Every time I called they responded but I had to reach out to them each time. Joe is a pleasure to
work with.

I've used this company at least 2-3 times through a home warranty. We have the same problem with our water heater once again for the same problem (gas thermostat replacement). This time I asked the home warranty to provide a company with TOP ratings. Another company came out to assess what's going on and found out this problem (and more)- the entire water heater needs replacement. I would NOT recommend A.G. Plumbing any longer!
