My newer water heater went out and the first repair company that I called barely looked at the unit and told me my only option was to pay over $2k to have it replaced. I called A Fast Plumbing & Drain for a second opinion and he walked me though relighting my pilot (first company didn't even try). I was able to light it but it went out again after a couple of hours. He asked me what lights were blinking and was able to determine the problem and have the part ordered before he came out for repairs. I really appreciated that he helped me trouble shoot and rule out something simple before I paid him to come out. He competed the repairs and gave me the invoice of just under $200. He is very straightforward and operates with a no BS attitude. It's hard finding companies that you can trust and I'm glad I found one for my plumbing.

I can't speak highly enough about Kevin at A Fast Plumbing. He has always come whenever I have needed him and done an excellent job of taking care of whatever the problem is.

He has replaced fixtures in my bathroom, installed a garbage disposal for me, and fixed a leak in my bathroom sink. His prices are very reasonable.

The first time I asked him about replacing my water heater which was making funny popping noises, he asked me if it was still working. I said yes, and he said, well then let's not fix it if it isn't broken.

This is when I knew that Kevin would be my forever plumber. If you want an efficient, friendly ,reasonably priced honest, decent plumber, Kevin at A Fast Plumbing is your man!

Extremely disrespectful experience with Kevin. Referred him to write a leak report for a client of mine who did not speak english. Because of the language barrier, he became very irritated , disrespectful to my client and to myself after. Would not even allow me to speak to clarify anything to him without responding with foul language. Unacceptable. As a Christian business owner who tries his best to embody Christ in how I treat my clients and partners, I regret having had his business involved with my clients and do apologize to them.

Our tankless hot water heater was producing scale and needed to be flushed. The lines were also clogged and we wanted to find someone who could flush them and replace the filter in our Heater Treater filter. We called another plumber, but they didn't work on tankless units so they recommended A Fast Plumbing.
We called A Fast and they had me send them pictures of the tankless heater and the filter.
When he arrived, he didn't say a word to me, he just dove in and started tearing my water heater apart. He said that it was broken and he'd have to come back another time and replace a part. Then he asked how long we had been without water. I was confused because the unit had been working fine, it was just producing scale and our kitchen sink faucet was clogged. We had hot water everywhere else. He claimed that I had told him it was broken, which was not even slightly true. He left that night because it was already late when he arrived.
Later that evening, my wife and I decided to just go ahead and have him replace the tankless with a regular water heater. He procured a water heater that would fit in the small space we had returned after a week or so to make the conversion. He did a great job installing it and it works just fine, but here's my complaint:
1. He somehow managed to spray some kind of sticky liquid all over my wife's car.
2. He took our Heater Treater filter (which we had installed by another plumber two years ago) and even though I've asked him repeatedly to return it, he has not. So basically he stole it.
3. He bailed out after the installation and never cleared out the water lines or got our kitchen sink working (which was part of the quote). I finally gave up (after repeated attempts to get him to come out) and paid another plumber to finish the job.
4. All the while he was doing the installation, he kept complaining about how difficult it was: the cabinet was too tight, the cabinet was too high and the heater was so heavy to lift, etc. instead of just bringing a helper.

This guy is a pathetic excuse for a plumber. Don't use him.

Kevin did not communicate what time he would get to our home. We left our home to get some food to a place that's less than 10 min away. He arrived during that time. When we got back Kevin walked right by my husband and went into the first open door. He ended up going through our bathroom and master bedroom. Incredibly unprofessional. At this point I was in the Kitchen when he walked in. He didn't say a word to me either. He had a very poor attitude the whole time he was looking at our water heater. I don't know if he knows that he's in the service industry.
He lit the pilot and left the gas line open when he left. He also tried going back through our master bedroom. Then he quoted my husband $1800 to replace our water heater. New water heaters run around $700. $1100 for labor just does not sit right to me.

I'm sure others have had better experiences. Maybe different jobs and caught him on a better day but this was our experience

Had Kevin replace and install a water heater that was leaking. I feel his price was extremely high. I checked prices of the exact water heater he installed and for me to buy this water heater, the price was around $700.00. He is a plumber so he does not pay consumer prices. So, I am sure he got it for less than that. He charged me $1300.00 dollars to install and hall away the old water heater. Really? So, he charged me $600.00 to install a water heater. Took him about one hour. I'm sorry but I think that is a rip off. I feel I was taken advantage of.
Kevin seems like a nice guy and he seems to do good work, but his prices are way too high. I cannot recommend this plumber, at least to install a water heater.

I cannot recommend this company enough! Kevin was absolutely wonderful. He showed up the same day I called to install replacement parts for our leaking water heater. Even after I had written the check for his 2 hour job, he had to stay an additional hour because our water heater was putting out a code that wasn't even applicable to ours! He called the manufacturer, and stayed until they were able to figure out a resolution, not charging me a dime more (in our piping hot garage, on a 104 degree day)! What a stand up guy!!! I will definitely be calling this company for any future plumbing jobs that may arise!! A++
