I saw Al at a home show this year and he priced out a mitsubishi system for our home. We have been pricing them out for 2 years, and finally went with Al because he was not only the most competitive price but his staff took care of all the paperwork (permits, mass-save loan and rebates, warranty paperwork) , Workers showed up on time, were very friendly and professional. Hardly knew they were there after the inside modules were installed and they stayed on schedule. Mitsubishi the way to go if you have forced hot water radiator heat. They not only cooling but heat too. It should be more efficient than natural gas in the spring and fall for heating.

Don't recommend these guys. Not knowledgeable on the brand of tankless water heaters they are supposed to be certified to support, and we did not have an experience that would lead us to believe they were trustworthy.

We called A. Fagundes P&H when our gas burner stopped working. They sent out a two-person team within an hour or so. The staff was courteous, professional, and knowledgable. After working for parts of two days, they figured out the problem and fixed it. We will definitely be looking to A. Fagundes in the future to service our HVAC systems.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Had to have plumbers come out due to a leak. Sammy and Danny came to my home and were very polite and friendly. Turned out it wasn't as bad as I thought. They explained everything to me, and were able to fix the problem. They were very nice about everything and made sure I was happy with the service. I have found my new plumbing company and will definitely refer them to everyone I know. I also need to mention Danielle she got me the quickest appointment ( real quick), and was super friendly and even called me the next day to make sure everything was still running smooth. I've had Al replace a couple of water heaters now, traditional, and tankless. He and his crew have been have been very profesional, prompt, and attentive to our concerns. The water pressure increased in our town some months after the tankless install, and we began getting some water hammer. I called Al, and he had someone outhere the next day, installed a surge tank and checked the system over completely. Issue was corrrected wth no hassle at all. I'm planning on having AC installed, and Al will be our guy. Good man to do business with.

Al and his team are very professional and took care of a large project from beginning to end.

We had a decades old steam boiler (oil) that had been sputtering along through the past few winters. We knew it was time to upgrade and change to gas. Al was very knowledgable in the process of going through the mass save program too.

Well, we now have a 98% efficient water heater, 2 new zones of heat and a highly efficient boiler. We are speculating to save significant money each month during the heating season and reducing our hot water bill in half each month.

The employees working in our home were great and conscientious of everything around them.
